Great place to stop for lunch. Seems to me the onions soups changed the recipe.

It wasn't cheap by any stretch, but it was well worth it, the BBQ chicken sandwich with fresh mozzarella was phenomenal, the mango smoothie was well worth 8 bucks and the cinnamon roll was to die for as well.

Purchased the broccoli cheese soup and the bread bowl. The soup is delicious!!! Definitely can’t go wrong when ordering that!!! Bread bowl was okay, not my favorite.

Awesome staff! I got the wrong order, and when I pulled up to the drive through to correct it, they were very friendly and gave me a complimentary cookie. God bless.

As chain restaurants go Panera is better than most other chains . I especially like their tuna salad sandwich .. I also like the corn chowder a lot ( it's seasonal. ) .. And the Agave Lemonade is the best lemonade ever

Panera Bread in South Charleston has gone downhill. I ordered 2 full size Greek salads with chicken and when I got home they are so small and the lettuce is wilted. I spent $45 there. I’m very disappointed.

Tiny portions. Staff appear to be robotic children, oblivious to their human adult customers. A great entrepreneur once said: "customers shop where they feel welcome, but only return if they feel appreciated. " we felt neither. We were there only because some friends invited us. We won't return . :-(

Candy cookie was discolored, gross. Asked for an apple was given chips. Was also given a knife instead of a spoon… drive thru worker was very rude!

I personally wasn't a fan when I ate here, once. High prices, small portions, and no flavor! Quite possibly just a me problem. It's nothing this restaurant did personally. Just overall, meh!

Love their chicken egg avocado sandwich. It tasted better here than other locations. It’s pricey but I suppose you get what you pay for.
