Ordered our food spent $60 turned down that they deleted the order and refused to give her a refund showed them the order on the phone. They remade it still no refund terrible people here. Whoever is messing up here needs fired permanently fired. This place is terrible don’t go here.

I love Papa John's. But their delivery is absolutely insane. I had to wait almost an hour for my pizza to get here AFTER it was already made because they decided to stop and clean a wreck up on the road... If you're delivering pizza you should be delivering my pizza!!! Ridiculous now I have to enjoy my pizza cold.

This is the rudest experience I’ve ever had from Papajohns. There’s 6 different parties waiting for their food, and the employees are ignoring and avoiding us. We keep asking for help, and nobody is responding. One worker said “why are these people just standing here.” This is unacceptable.

I ordered pizza recently on Saturday night around 8 pm. It was a nightmare. I ordered the food and it came in an expected timely manner but the driver was very abrasive. He honked his horn, banged on the door setting my dogs off, then also rang the doorbell. It was something I’ve never really experienced before when ordering delivery. Then we got our pizza. It was dry, poorly made, and tasted terrible. My partners pizza she found 2 hairs baked INTO the cheese. We thought it may have been one of ours but the second one was cooked way into it and we ended up throwing that pizza away not wanting to get another surprise. Then I ordered the Jack a lantern pizza and it was awful. It was burnt and then there was barely any cheese on it. I’ve attached a picture showing such sparse cheese it was basically a sauce pizza. The cheese sticks tasted odd and were dry. We were so disappointed receiving these pizza’s. I highly doubt we will order from there again in the future.

Wife made order did not come over an hour time so we called they said they tried to call us that was a lie they said they left message that was a lie ,call logs don't lie or email! Then the man was very rude who knows if pizza will make it it's ashame that they talk to customers like trash and expect return business! Not from us

Can't say whether food was good or not, my delivery was supposed to happen at 10pm for my lunch break but I got a call at 10:15 saying they would be there in 5 minutes. I cancelled the order because my break had ended. I had scheduled my delivery 2 hours prior to my break time.

My order was delivered totally destroyed, my pizza was all smashed in the box like a child was carrying it or it was drop, the cheese was in top of the box. Really disappointed ☹️ and I have pictures to prove it

So we stop by on a holiday and understand that they would be busy, no big deal. We ask about specials that they are running, which were several to choose from. We ordered one of the specials and add appetizer to the order. So our total was $55, the special we ordered was supposed to be $22, there's no way an order of cheese bread is $30. Didn't realize the total amount until we were home and I checked my account, no receipt was given.
