Found a hair in my food, called the manger to inform her about it , she tells me to take a picture of it then proceeds to give me a fake phone number to send it to , all I wanted was to let her know what happen 1 star , pulled out hair when I took a bite out of the cheese then laid hair on pizza

I had a barbecue chicken pizza with extra cheese delivered to me today. I got a burnt black char disk with no toppings except black cheese.

I was in the hospital so we ordered food and drinks. When the delivery driver got there, he had forgotten our drinks. I called and the manager on duty last night was very apologetic and had tbe driver come back get our drinks and bring them to us. A+ customer service from that manager.

Tommy the manager was exceptional. Gave us a refund because it took two hours to get our pizza. The first time wasn’t their fault and the second time was because of a bad accident. Very nice of him to call and explain and then give us our money back. 10/10, thanks
