Terrible Service ***Order Canceled Without Notice***
Ordered from this location, only to have my order canceled without any notification. After waiting over an hour, I called to check on it, but no one would give me a clear answer. The employee who answered claimed he couldn't see orders and repeatedly transferred my call to a dead line where no one picked up. This happened three times. When I called back to explain that the transfer kept dropping, he simply said “hmm” and transferred me again. Extremely frustrating experience, zero customer service, and no resolution. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I would give a zero if it were available. Pizza arrived with no sauce, no pepperoni and an insane amount of cheese with sparse other ingredients. Do not recommend

I ordered for delivery as I don’t have a vehicle at the moment. I didn’t see store hours when ordering, they closed at midnight I ordered at 11:20. They still made the order and sent it to me. I’m so sorry to be a last minute orderer but thank you so much for doing so.
My kids wanted Pizza Hut for dinner on the last day of school. I ordered pizza for my family for delivery. The guy on the phone had poor customer service, and I had a feeling this wasn’t going to go well. After an hour and a half, I called and they told me they could not deliver it and it would be cancelled.

ordered delivery, they cut up a boneless wings to equal four & forgot my drink. called them & spoke to a man who said they’d either TRY to send another doordasher or credit the whole order. i accepted the credit. today ( three days later ) i show up to have the order remade with the credit i was told i have. the blonde/blue haired lady said it’s only a $9 credit, i asked for a refund then & she refuses saying it’s not an option. i would’ve initially liked a refund but it wasn’t given as an option. absolutely rude service from what i presume is the manager. will not being going back here & have reached out to corporate over this.edit** after reading other recent reviews it seems they are absolutely refusing to refund anyone ever & only giving out credits… so you’re just robbing people lol
I placed an online delivery not knowing that this store uses DoorDash to deliver (I would have preferred to ordered through DoorDash if this was the case.) My food never arrived. I called the store and was told that not only could they not remake the food and get it delivered, but I couldn’t receive a refund to the original payment and I would have to accept store credit. Apparently there is no sort of manager at the store into the later hours. I’m very disappointed in this experience and will not be ordering again.
Pizza and wings were great. Last time I went about a year ago food wasn't to good. Got big box this time,pizzas & wings 10/10!

My order was canceled and I was never informed. I only found out because I called the store an HOUR and 15 mins later and they preceded to tell me they canceled my order because the delivery guy did not want to bring it to my hotel, which was less than a mile away. Completely unacceptable. I will never order from Pizza Hut
