Convenient location mext to Thomas hospital, and the food has never been poorly made. The newer, large ovens really seem to keep the quality of the food consistent. I crave this PizzaHut more than anywhere else around SC or SA.

Long story short I was told I had to wait for a mgr before I could pay and Mgr was in the bathroom over 8mins. Finally I asked if I could pay with a card instead of cash cause I wasnt told other wise. So I paid got the pizza it wasnt a large like I paid for so I drove back through and asked about it Mgr finally came to the window she couldnt hold her eyes open and she said yes it is. So I said ok started to drive off she yells at me out the window then comes outside yelling at me even when I am at the light she still yelling at me. And other employees. Sorry I guess it was a long story.

The staff and the store are great, but the website won't let me order a pizza with 3 toppings and a side. Anytime I add a pan style or a side, it cancels the original items I had in the cart. Either call in the order or avoid. And when i do get both items in the cart. $13 item and an $8 item jump to $28 when in the cart? This store is great, but the website is trash and will screw up your order as your putting it in

Just Sunday we placed an order kind of late and the manager on duty was the rudest person in the world! It was late and Uber cancelled our car, but quickly ordered another it was immediately and the rude mgr. treated us like complete nothings and just kept repeating “I cancelled the order” when we asked about just reprocessing our order. We still never got a reason as to why he cancelled it. I’m assuming it was cutting it close to closing time..

If I knew my DoorDash order was coming from this Pizza Hut I would’ve never ordered. Pizza was made w bread stick dough dough is tough on pizza was dry and poorly made the other was watery. Highly disappointed and DoorDash isn’t wanting to refund me. If I could give negative stars I would worst pizza

Well the cook was working on windows. Came in to make my order . Never stopped at the sink... Unfortunately the pizze hut pizza taste has gone down hill. Used to be so good it was a treat. $50 on 2 garbage pizzas is what I got.

Terrible Service ***Order Canceled Without Notice***
Ordered from this location, only to have my order canceled without any notification. After waiting over an hour, I called to check on it, but no one would give me a clear answer. The employee who answered claimed he couldn't see orders and repeatedly transferred my call to a dead line where no one picked up. This happened three times. When I called back to explain that the transfer kept dropping, he simply said “hmm” and transferred me again. Extremely frustrating experience, zero customer service, and no resolution. Won’t be ordering from here again.
