I ordered for delivery as I don’t have a vehicle at the moment. I didn’t see store hours when ordering, they closed at midnight I ordered at 11:20. They still made the order and sent it to me. I’m so sorry to be a last minute orderer but thank you so much for doing so.

Ordered stuff crust, pizza melt and bread sticks with 2 extra marinara...I receive zero marinara. When I called I was told there should have been a bag of sauces, then told she knows she put the sauce in the breadsticks cause she did it herself...though she did credit me for the sauce, she was not happy about the situation and more less treated us as if we were lying about it...

My food tasted so good, I Family Big Box was great, the pan pizza crust was cooked to perfection ( I hadn't liked the way they switched the pan crust but this time it was like the old school)..... My bread sticks and chicken Alfredo pasta was seasoned so good.... Thank you pizza hut Patrick street Charleston WV..
