We love Pizza Hut.. The pizza was delicious.. the Salad Bar was nasty and no one seemed concerned about cleaning it.. I really wouldn't suggest it to anyone..our waitress forgot to bring our drinks and we had to go ask for them.. she forgot our breadsticks...but the pizza was great

Definitely my favorite pizza place. It feels so nostalgic going here, and reminds me of good times. The workers are always polite and kind. The food is absolutely delicious. And this place even has a salad bar!
be sure and look over your food order for bad ingredients. unfortunately i wont be back to this location. ive never been so sick after eating a pizza from this store. this multiple people that have gotten sick eating at this store

I called to place an order and the girl hung up. I called back and was placed on hold. FOR almost 20 minutes!!! (See attached photo) There’s no excuse for that. If you’re too busy to take an order say so. Anywhere else I could’ve had a complete order in that amount of time. Super bummed.

We ordered a carry out. And we were told to pull around to the back and they would bring it out. Finally, after 40 minutes we gave up and pulled back around and said what happened to our order? The guy at the window says oh yeah we got backed up. I’m not sure how they could get backed up because there was only one other person there. But we believed him when he said it just came out and we headed home. A 5 minute ride home, and we go to dig in. That pizza was cold! I mean cold!! I couldn’t believe it. Man don’t lie just tell me you forgot about us!

Other than it can sometimes take a long time to get your food, this is a solid Pizza Hut. The food is always fresh and the staff is extra helpful. There is plenty of parking around back and inside has ample seating. If you are ordering to go or having it delivered, always check your order for correctness. They often substitute between pan or hand-tossed without telling you (you pay extra for pan crust).

I love the new layout of this particular location. Takes me back to when I was young and living near the Danville, WV location. Used to be the place to hang back in it's day, and this one is like that.
Plenty of seating, nice and friendly staff on hand and the pizza hut salad bar. I told the employee there that I loved the layout and she informed me that it came from the remodel.
I think more pizza hut locations should take notice. People like me miss being able to go inside and eat at restaurants. Especially if you don't have to sit outside on a bench next to stuffed belly smokers while waiting for a seat.
Probably the best pizza hut I've been to and I've been to a lot of them in like 15 states

This was our free meal from the previous bad meal. Boneless wings barely had any sauce and to hard to eat. One of the pizzas barely had any sauce. And they didn't give me my drink with my order. Two bad meals in the same month.The first bad meal we ordered cinnasticks and they sent some kind of lemon tasting stuff in individual containers. Say you are out and can't sell them before sending me something that doesn't even go with the cinnamon taste. Needless to say we are giving up on Pizza Hut.
