The reason I gave one star is every time I try to order pizza here they are out of pan crust, if I order from Charleston Pizza Hut they always have it. Makes no sense I have to go to Charleston for pizza when I have one less than 5 miles from my house. This needs to be fixed.

Terrible service to whomever works the night shift tonight we ordered two one topping pizzas at 10:20 they said they had drivers we placed our order then at 10:45 we call to check on our order and they said it had been cancelled we asked why and they said they didn't know so they placed me on hold then hung up on me so I called back and said I was trying to fix my order and they said ok and placed me on hold again and after a few min picked up the phone and hung up on me again so I called another time and as soon as they answered and heard my voice they put me on hold again then hung up I've never had this problem been going there for years they just need new workers

Amazing every time. Everything is fresh and you can tell they take pride in their job. Sissonville Pizza Hut has came a long way over the past several years and so glad they are still in our community.

Ordered online. Upon arriving for pickup, I noticed they were closed. My email confirmation said the food was ready, but they hadn't bothered to open for the day. 2 hours later my money was refunded into my account. Terrible customer service. Will never be back. Corporate didn't respond to my complaint either.

Ordered a large pizza, received a medium size instead. When I called to try to rectify the issue, the manager told me, that was just how it worked when you order a pan pizza. She said it shrinks. She offered no real resolution to the problem, just said she was sorry. Well, we have two other pizza places in Sissonville that offer better deals and actually do what they say they will do, if I order a large, I actually get a large at the other places.
Pictured pizza is in an oversized box, but I actually measured the pizza and it was a medium sized pizza diameter instead of a large sized one. I just wanted to correctly show and let everyone know.

We ordered 2 pizzas, a build your own, and a chicken barbecue. They were delicious! We had them delivered and they arrived quickly and hot! The manager was very nice.
