Whatever girl was working the drive through Monday December 1st, just gave away a bunch of free food to her two friends. And received something that definitely wasn’t money. the worker was caucasian and she had dark frizzy hair and the people she’s giving free food to were in a white mustang showed in the picture. We were parked near so we could hear the entire conversation about the given food and what she was getting in return I assume? and she also took a small twisted baggie of something from the guy in the driver seat? She seemed sketched out and looked all around and quickly jerked her hand back in the window. If she’s still here in 2 week I’m going to call the cops and let them investigate her and the buisness. Hopefully the owner dose something about it, because anyone with eyes could see the second part was indeed a drug deal.

Would be great if it wasn't wintertime and apparently you just walk up to a window and order and get your food to eat at tables outside or take with you. I didn't see that anywhere on maps so had an Uber drop off us off to eat, would've just had them wait if had known. Service was Very quick! Took a minute maybe tops to fix our order abs hand it out to us while dealing with a busy drive-thru.

The food was just not good. My hamburger was older tasting just not very good. And the fries tasted crazy it was like too had too much oil or been sitting in it too long or something. Oh and they did have tea!!! Not that they make it and not the best Fountain one. But they have some. But over all not good visit. I think the food made me sick that night. 🤢

Spent over 20 dollars for 2 meals and not only was food gross the fries was cold and hard, the sandwich was so sloppy, the cheese sticks wasn't done and apple pie had been there for days it seemed like. But the drinks were ok. the service made it worse. When they opened the drive thru window all you could smell was marijuana Called store wasn't a answer why have business with employees that don't answer phone.

I visited this location on 9-16-25. It was a walk up order. The young lady at the register was new and was assisted by the manager on the register,both super friendly. No hiccups at all,order correct, food fresh and delicious. The only thing that I can see that needs attention is that the owner/franchisee needs to invest some money in their stores. I'm from Parkersburg WV and hit Rally's anytime I'm in Charleston or Huntington.While I prefer the Charleston location (employees seem friendlier), both locations have one thing in common...the stores look absolutely decrepit like they're just not kept up. I'm not saying that they are not clean, just the building itself looks terrible. Even something like a coat of paint would go along way. Have a little bit of pride in your business! Again,shout out to the employees at the Charleston location, I've never felt anything but welcome here. I know it's a long shot but it would be damn nice to see a Rally's in Parkersburg again, it's been years. Above all PLEASE don't get rid of the mushroom swiss burger at these locations. Thanks for your time.

First time eating at a Rallys. Fries were amazing. Burger tasted so cheap I thought it was ordered off Temu.
Food was good I enjoy going there. We did a long wait today but I'll go back. The area is little rough. People begging for money. I have witnessed several crimes there in the past and people clearly on drugs. It's mostly a drive thru with a few tables outside. No indoor facilities or bathroom. There is also a walk up window.
