23 minutes for a milkshake hamburger and fries at the walk up window with 1 car in the drive thru. No sense of urgency at all and then the food wasn't even fresh or hot.

Went through the drive thru. No line. Had the smoky BBQ bacon buford. Good sandwich but had to repeat my order 3 times (could see through the window the lady was trying to make drinks also). The gentleman taking the money and handing out the food was very bland. He never said hello or cracked a smile. He just stood there holding my drink out of reach until the card went through. The location is definitely not what I'm I'm used to and feel like it could cause an accident fairly easily if someone were not paying attention.

This particular restaurant is another example of corporations being extremely greedy with profits and not reinvesting anything because the place looks like garbage even though it clearly makes money. If not, it wouldn't be open still.

Rally's is a classic stop that our family craves after we have lost our local Rally's in Beckley. This Rally's in particular has been our go-to for several years now, and they are yet to disappoint. My wife and I love the double fry burger combo along with the fry-seasoned tenders, but the food would not be what it is without the excellent customer service and precision from the staff. We stopped by this evening, and will hopefully have more visits in the near future.
