Red Lobster

Ordered the Mariners Boil. While the food was good, the portion sizes for the lobster and the single bunch of crab legs were borderline pathetic. Seriously, I've seen crayfish tails nearly the size of that lobster tail and the crab legs were undersized too. It had a dozen medium sized shrimp and two half ears of corn but fortunately for all the potatoes, I left full enough. In my opinion, $45 for this meal is about $15 too much. Our waitress, Tia however did a wonderful job as we really enjoyed the service and attention to our needs along with her charming personality. Note to Management, if you're going to boil rather than steam the crab legs, add a little white vinegar to the water. It won't affect the taste but it will make the meat slide right out of the shell rather than being stuck to it.

Craig is awesome sauce and made sure to come by every 5 minutes to check on us. We got re fills when we needed them and when my meal was incorrect all he had to do was look at it, ask what I got, and immediately went back to the kitchen to get the right food.

Caitlyn waited on us, and she was the best waitress I’ve had in quite some time! Will go there again because of her! Highly recommend this Red Lobster.

I ordered the ultimate feast. The crab lakes very mushy and very little meat in the legs. The lobster was ok but overly salty. The shrimp and sides were good. My stepson said his lobster was also very salty.

Caitlyn at the Charleston,WV location did an absolute wonderful job serving us as a party of 6 with a Birthday. She did an excellent job taking care of us and she and her coworkers sang to our 12 year old. The food was delicious as always!!!

Kid-friendliness: They made our kids in our party feel older as they asked if we needed kids menu’s, and then asked did we want child size cups… they were given options as they are not babies we all appreciated that.

Ryan was our waiter. My wife had questions about the menu. He was very polite and helpful and made her decision much easier. Food was excellent. Definitely recommend!!
