Caitlyn at the Charleston,WV location did an absolute wonderful job serving us as a party of 6 with a Birthday. She did an excellent job taking care of us and she and her coworkers sang to our 12 year old. The food was delicious as always!!!
Kid-friendliness: They made our kids in our party feel older as they asked if we needed kids menu’s, and then asked did we want child size cups… they were given options as they are not babies we all appreciated that.

Ryan was our waiter. My wife had questions about the menu. He was very polite and helpful and made her decision much easier. Food was excellent. Definitely recommend!!

Caitlyn was GREAT. She was very quick and extremely nice. The food was out fast and was delicious.. I would recommend Caitlyn as a waitress if you want perfect waitress.

Personalized service by Tracy which “entertains all departments”. She is “simply the best, better than all the rest”! The Lady Manager is wonderful, attentive, genuine, hard worker and very talented! The food is great, presentation is impeccable and the atmosphere is relaxing! Way to go Red Lobster Charleston, WV!
