I stopped by Rock City Cake yesterday for the first time for their Dubai Chocolate treats. First of all, they were absolutely delicious! But I, unfortunately, had a reaction similar to my current food sensitivities/intolerances. I reached out to them via Messenger to get an ingredient list and within 5 minutes I got a response!! The promptness, care, kindness and understanding is astounding!!! Even if the desserts were gross (which they absolutely are anything but gross), they would still have earned my repeat business based off this customer service alone. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Whenever I need cookies or dessert for an occasion or just for the weekend - I go to Rock City Cake Company. It's always delicious and they are extremely dependable.

Purchased stuffed Gingerbread man cookies for Christmas. I was so excited. They were cute as could be… and tasted like I imagine a cardboard box would taste. $65 for like 12. Overhyped.

This place really does ROCK! The best sweets around and the owner Morgan goes out of her to accommodate customers! My family also loves the pepperoni rolls!

I love Rock City! Their prices can be high, but the cakes & cookies are worth it. I order birthday cakes from them. They are so pleasant to talk to & take orders. The cakes always come out beautiful as well. I also love that they make cookies that are with the times & they are always so wonderfully done. I will continue going here!

Our daughter has several food allergies and they bought specific ingredients to make her a sugar cookie cake completely nut and soy free! After being turned down by locally owned bakeries and big chain stores this business came through for our 6 year old and gave her exactly what she envisioned! Thank you so much, you will always have our business ❤️

For my daughter’s birthday, We got Harry Potter cookies, golden snitches, a cake and cake balls and I couldn’t be more happy! Rock City was the easiest to communicate with and it was the best tasting cake / dessert we’ve ever had! Thank you guys for taking this project on and killing it!

This place is a great twist to see bakery. What a great concept to blend the two types of businesses together. The pastries are great, fresh and baked daily, the carts can be moved around to accommodate bands that need the entire space. They have some fun pastries that are really good. The cream is not too sweet and heavy, so that it over powers the bakery items.
