I should say this place was recommended to me by two locals who eat there often. I arrived for an early takeout lunch on Monday and ordered pulled chicken sandwich. I’m guessing I was served the weekends pulled chicken because meat didn’t taste freshly cooked. Seemed to be microwaved out of refrigerator. Maybe that’s normal but I was expecting fresh bbq. Big difference. I’m not a big fan of reheated chicken so I didn’t eat sandwich. Price was appropriate if food was fresh. Probably different story if you get freshly cooked bbq.

Fantastic food, great/quick service. The brisket, pulled pork, flavor of BBQ sauces were way better than u could have imagined. The cornbread was great. Can’t wait to eat there again.
A little downhome bbq joint. Stopped by in thr middle of the day, was pleasantly surprised how good the food was. Had the chicken mac and cheese bowl and it was more than enough food.

The food is not what it used to be. So disappointed in the wings ..used to be the best a few years as back. Everything was very salty. Miss those original smoked wings that won at the guys night out year after year.
