Solid lunch buffet that is quick and always hits the spot. I'm not a big fan of eating on styrofoam plates and solo cups though. At least my plate didnt break once I had my food loaded up. Unfortunately if you dont get there right at noon, they often dont replenish certain items... today was the salad.
We've had several meeting catered by Sahara and the food has been wonderful and fresh every time. Everything is very well cooked and seasoned. The hummus and the flat bread are to die for!
Love the buffet and selection... my favorites are the Eggplant, lamb, citrus chicken, curry chicken, roasted vegetables, sumac chicken, homemade hummus (sometimes red pepper humus), greek salad with or without onions and cheese, tabouli, homemade salad dressing and hot sauce, salad bar, and... falafel!!! it is all amazing!
