Never had a bad experience here. My child will literally eat the whole helping of the chicken teriyaki and noodles. The people are always nice too.

Food was very good and fast
I had the chicken Teryaki and it tasted alright, bit on the sweet side as one would expect. The staff didn't promote a very positive atmosphere. It cost me about 8 bucks with water. Subway beside it had $5 footlong. Next time I'm in town I might choose something else but I like to give everyone a chance.

Nice service bar in the food court of the Charleston Town Center Mall. Clean, tasty and quick. Good variety of dishes. Fresh steamed rice served with well prepared complimentary meats and veggies. Great if you're in a hurry. Take out too!
WELL FIRST OF ALL ITS NOW CALLED SARKU JAPAN AND I'M NOT A VERY BIG JAPANESE EATER LIKE I AM CHINESE, BUT THIS PLACE IS NASTY, AND I ORDERED WITH NO VEGETABLES AND THE TIGHT WADS WOULDN'T REFUND MY MEAL AND TRUST AND BELIEVE THAT I ATE NO MORE THAN MY WIFE DID OF HERS, NASTY NASTY NASTY FOOD MY KIDS EAT ANYTHING AND THEY WOULDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT HAHAHA
Fast for lunch and good prices.
My favorite place to eat in the entire Town Center. Excellent portion sizes for the price, always fresh.
Customer service is terrible. I will not be eating there again.
