I had my first experience yesterday at Sarah’s. I work in a busy ER and most of the staff had never heard of it and though I live close, I had never been. Yesterday, I got 2 brownies, a peanut butter cookie and a muffin. I took them to work so we could all try them. All 3 items were dry and fell apart🥴I was very disappointed as I have heard all good things about the bakery.

I was driving while I ate one of her pastries. I immediately thought I should pull over and savor the experience.
I felt that I should cross myself or utter some sort of holy chant because it was a religious experience.

My mom bought me lunch to bring to me at work on my birthday today and the potatoes in the potato soup are hard and raw... Good flavor.. doesn't matter if you cannot take the extra time to make the sure the potatoes are done and that you are not serving raw food to paying customers..

Ive been dying to come here! I don’t currently live in West Virginia, so now that I’ve got the chance to come, I took it! I adore the home feeling inside and so excited to try all of the treats!
So glad I stumbled upon my new favorite bakery today!! I walked in for the first time today and was treated like I’d been a regular here for years! The building is clean and organized, the bakery case was FULL (unlike most other bakeries) and the staff was absolutely amazing.
I had a lemon bar. It was sized right at about 4” x 4” for $5.00. It was tart and sticky with a solid crust that wasn’t too sweet but balanced just right with the lemon. I’m glad I got a to-go menu so I can be back next weekend.
I’m just sad I didn’t take a picture, it was too good to wait!
