“I visited Vino's with some out of town friends. We were all pleased with the staff and the facility. We stayed on the lower level had some drinks, played pool, and a hunting game. The basketball shoot-out game did not keep score and the balls were flat, but that's my only complaint ??‍♀️“

“We had the fried mushrooms and the ribolicious sandwiches. For dessert, I grabbed some pistachio mousse. Let’s just say, “Yum” ! Everything was so good! I went in for pick up and loved the inside. It’s like a little store with homemade goods in the deli section too. I grabbed some super donuts, Mac and cheese and all beef hotdogs. We will definitely eat here again! It’s a must try!“

“Late lunch on a Thursday, place was rather empty.

Terrific service by a friendly, effective professional.

Ordered the black and bleu burger, crunch burger, and a side of fries (got the Thursday special, much lower cost on burgers but they don’t come with sides). Both burgers were tasty, but they were on the dry side. Fries had a certain rubberiness to them, like they were reheated or something.

All in all a good restaurant with nice atmosphere. Tremendous service by the gentleman serving customers.“

“I’ve been going into this location for several months in the morning. The young man with the salt and pepper hair is always so polite and nice. He makes my whole experience so much better. He remembers what I buy every morning and has it ready and waiting for me. Great customer service from this young man! I’ve had previous experiences at this location that were not so nice and stopped going for a long time. He makes my day a bit brighter. Kudos for such a pleasant person Cold Spot!“

“The food here is absolutely phenomenal. The service was great and the atmosphere, perfect... we ate dinner in the late evening outside at one of the tables on the sidewalk. The weather was perfect the food was perfect and the service was Top Notch. I can't wait to come back and try something different. The deep fried feta cheese appetizer was amazing, as well as the gyro and onion rings.“

“My friend and I went to lunch here after church on Sunday. We've been here before but this time was different. There may have been 10 people in the restaurant with plenty of seats to bear. We waited at least 15 minutes before we had to grab the attention of one of the employees cleaning some tables. Hello grabbed some menus and seated us. The young lady who served us was very polite and professional. My friend ordered the chicken Alfredo and I had the riblets. My friends pasta was too done and she couldn't eat it. We made the server aware and she immediately notified the manager who allowed my friend to order something else and her meal was on the house. I ordered onion rings with my riblets and they sent out fries which were cold. They immediately gave me the onion rings. Even though there was some issues with the food, we didn't feel like the server should suffer because she did her job. Thus we gave her a tip. I spite of this situation, we will probably return to this restaurant soon.“
