Came to this location and the female employee was rude and they didn't call names and berated us for looking at a cup to see if it was ours. Not professional in any way I will not be coming to this location again.

The people here are amazing and super sweet. Every time I order from them my food and drink taste amazing. The customer service is great. Any time they are out of something they will either let you replace it with another item or give you back your money. Just really great place
I've been in a Starbucks once at the Town Center Mall about 15+ years ago. I bought one bottled water which was WAY overpriced but I was very parched. Every time I go past the new Starbucks on the Boulevard the cars are lined up clear out of the parking lot & sometimes into the street. Clearly atleast a 30-45 min wait before you can even speak your order into to that immutable black box. It always makes me laugh & smh in wonder...all for coffee? It's JUST COFFEE folks!!

Had a wonderful experience! I love Starbucks, and coffee in general, but am sensitive to caffeine so I have to be careful. The barista customized my order to make sure my drink was awesome and met my sensitivity requirements. Drink was AMAZING as was my barista!

One of the employee said the wait time (for them to take order) is at least 30 mins to disperse the line forming by the counter. I placed an order through the app anyways to check if that was true. My drinks were ready within 10 mins. Moral of the story, place order through the app or they will refuse to take your order in person.
