my drinks are CONSISTENTLY hit and miss. i get the same thing each time and once a week it’s amazing and then the other times it taste like milk and water with a hint of flavor. i noticed the stickers that are printed half of the letters are missing so idk if it’s because they are guessing or what, but i spend too much money to continue to not say anything about it. because sometimes i don’t have time to wait and ask for a remake .

Today was my birthday and i decided to get the free drink, I always use the app and never had problems with it but today when I was in the drive thru and asked for my drink they said they were not allowed to give it to me which i didn’t understand why and ask me to go to the box, then I parked and try to go to the door thinking they will give me my drink the door was locked, i had to walk to the drive thru and ask for my coffee and still they denied to me the coffee I ordered, they were very rude.

I order at this location frequently and am very disappointed. I had to get a refund for an item I ordered which happens I understand. But to get the refund I had to wait in line and wasn't told I needed my card therefore had to have someone run my card inside the store to me. While this is happening I'm holding up the line and these women behind me were making comments. The workers didn't seem to apologetic of the trouble I had to go through for the refund.

Not only was our coffee amazing (My go to is a White Chocolate Mocha everytime!) but they also went around and handed out refresher samples while we were hanging out at the tables! Definitely amazing service and caring employees!

Dietary restrictions: They literally have something for everybody!

Wheelchair accessibility: You can definitely enter easily with a wheelchair and there is room to get around and be put at a table with no trouble!

Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. I’ll go ahead and say my personal experience this is the worst Starbucks in the area. If I ask for light ice it means I want more coffee less water from the ice. How am I only getting 3/4 of my venti filled just because I asked for light ice. And
Both of my orders tasted watered down. Overall disgusted. Charging 7 dollars for shit coffee is insane.
