Working in West Virginia and this location is clean and very well served. However, I was overcharged on the pumpkin bread I purchased. It was the best oatmeal drink I have ever had made at any Starbucks.

The person taking my order gave me a attitude for no reason. I ordered a venti drink. She gave me a small drink and when I said this is not my drink she got annoyed about it. When I was in my driveway, I took the first sip of the drink and it was the wrong drink. I really never had any problems with the Starbucks before. But if you have an employee that gives customers attitude then I get it if it's her first day, but giving a customer attitude then giving them a annoying face that I'm bothering you when you messed up is a little bit insulting.

We, my teenage daughter & myself, went on a walking adventure to Starbuck's in the snow. Big mistake! However the girls at Starbuck's were incredible. They even remade my daughter's Frappuccino to better suit her young tastebuds & we kept the other 1! Unfortunately, we left to walk home with 4 drinks & made it less than a block wishing we were back in the shop with the lovely baristas taking care of us!

Stopped in for a much needed pick me up. Tried their new Hazelnut oat milk espresso. Delish! I also got a breakfast sandwich to much on to hold me over till dinner. The service was slow but friendly.

Waited half an hour to get my order only to be told they were out of the entire seasonal menu.
They are disrespectful with your time, always messing up my orders or forgetting to make them! It used to be one of my favorite Starbucks, but after the previous manager left, this place has gone down!!

We have been here since 5:40, the store is not open to public inside and traffic looped around the building and blocking traffic, some drivers are becoming impatient and are pulling out of the drive thru lane almost hitting other cars. Absolutely ridiculous, be better Starbucks and hire staff to help serve your customers.

I did a mobile order and mine came out pretty fast in 2 minutes but my friend’s 3 drinks took around 20 minutes to come out. They didn’t make the drinks right. Also, the bathrooms were disgusting.
Only person in line, took over 10 minutes to get my coffee. Drive thru is the priority.
