He’s the real deal through and through, and I’m out here rooting for him with everything I’ve got. i’ve been through this store a handful of times and the whole place is filthy from floor to the ceiling. i’ve heard the floor staff ask the manager for help so many times im starting to believe she doesn’t exist. i’ve not once seen her (i believe she’s called savannah). i feel so sorry for these poor workers having to deal in such awful conditions because she’s clearly refusing to do anything about it. going off of the other reviews, i seriously do think it’s time for a new manager.

I visited this Starbucks location for the first time and ordered a drink with oatmilk due to several dairy allergies. My cup was labeled oatmilk, but after drinking it, it became clear that the drink I was given was not what I specifically ordered.
This is extremely concerning and irresponsible. Food allergies are not a preference for a lot of people—they're a health risk. Thankfully, my reaction wasn’t severe. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. I strongly urge the staff and management to take more care when preparing drinks, especially when allergens are involved.

I just wanted to come here and thank the servers at Starbucks on the morning of April 5 2025. I have been having the worst few weeks and yall managed to brighten my day in such a silly way. The message left on my cup while goofy had me smiling despite my struggles. The drink was also made perfect and yall were really sweet thank you so much.

The girls working there had an attitude when I asked how much longer it will be as I was waiting for 20 minutes for a cold foam. Definitely not coming to this location again.
