I visited this Starbucks location for the first time and ordered a drink with oatmilk due to several dairy allergies. My cup was labeled oatmilk, but after drinking it, it became clear that the drink I was given was not what I specifically ordered.
This is extremely concerning and irresponsible. Food allergies are not a preference for a lot of people—they're a health risk. Thankfully, my reaction wasn’t severe. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. I strongly urge the staff and management to take more care when preparing drinks, especially when allergens are involved.
Andrea is my favorite barista she is amazing. She makes it so fun to come and get some coffee at this location

I just wanted to come here and thank the servers at Starbucks on the morning of April 5 2025. I have been having the worst few weeks and yall managed to brighten my day in such a silly way. The message left on my cup while goofy had me smiling despite my struggles. The drink was also made perfect and yall were really sweet thank you so much.

Bought 2 hot venti Carmel macchiato and they gave me 2 large and one of them was cold.
Rudest service I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. Customers behind me and in the drive through we're getting served before me. The girls working there had an attitude when I asked how much longer it will be as I was waiting for 20 minutes for a cold foam. Definitely not coming to this location again.

I really like the employees and the service here. However the only reason I’m leaving a 3/5 is because management needs to know about the flies. Ive come here at sat inside 3 times for half a day and flies are everywhere. It makes the atmosphere feel unhygienic to eat in. If there werent so many flies esp on the food inside the glass, i would spend WAY more money on the food.

I bought my large white chocolate frappe with two shots of caramel and an espresso shot as a grande and had to have my fiance pick it up on his way home because we live a good distance away and I done it on the app. I paid almost 9.00 for this drink and my fiance picked up my drink thinking they had it correct because he wasn't aware of the price but go by name and he brought it home and it was a small. Called them over my online order and she said I'd have to drive it back to the store mind you I live 25 min away is why he was picking it up in order for them to do anything about it. Did not over for me to send proof by email or offer anything for the 9.00 drink they sold me and provided me with a 4.00 to 4.50 drink. I am very upset and id advise no one to use the online ordering or this site because all they do is inconvenience you and they did not want to correct it unless I drove it back to the store 25 min away. SMH, I'm about done supporting star bucks since this is how they treat their customers, it said grande even on the slip but was a small.

The manager working the oven is very rude to her employees . If you need to say some do so professionally don’t speak to people with a lack of respect as a manager you work for your employees. Don’t be rude and degrading in front of everyone. Makes people fell unappreciated. Do better

They do not make the drinks correctly. They never get the cold foam right and it’s always mixed into the drink with a tiny bit of foam on top. All the other Starbucks in the area have their drinks look and taste better. Do not waste your money at this Starbucks, they do not know how to make drinks properly.
