Worst place ever my wife put a mobile order in show up to get it and nobody wasn’t even there to make it because nobody showed up krogers manager had to give me and another fellow a 20 dollar KROGER gift card for the refund at this point shut it down. Absolutely ridiculous!

I arrive at the Starbucks at Kroger and I am standing waiting for Alexa and she was just sitting around staring at me she finally called me to take my order it took 30 minutes before she finally asked what my order will be and I place my order and sit waiting another 10 minutes while she is sitting there on her ass doing nothing I finally get my drink and it’s full of ice barley any drink. Very disappointed

They can't even make a black coffee without messing it up. After having my order messed up in the past I decided to get something super simple. Took one sip an could tell it was full of coffee grounds. Went to krogers rest room dumped it out & what do you know. It's sad that a gas station like Exxon can produce a better coffee than Starbucks.

There’s these too workers who I absolutely LOVE. One is a female with black hair and blonde bangs. The other is a male that wear glasses. There amazing. From their drinks to there personalities. They are so friendly and I can’t think of a better starbucks experience!!!

The Perdues

Been drinking Starbucks for over 20 years now… I can tell by the look of each different drink I get if it was made correctly. When I told the “barista” that it looked pretty milky, he just said “Yeah” and walked away. So, if you like to pay more for weaker drinks, this is the place to go.

Parking: Super busy on the weekends and pedestrians coming at you from every direction. Drive slowly.

MEISTER NACHT

I ordered a Trenta Green tea lemonade and she said she can't fill it fully up because it's a new company policy. Then she gave me a racial attitude then to figure out that was not a company policy. Because the Starbucks near Walmart I asked about this policy and they never heard about it. It's one thing to lie, but being racist about it is another thing. There were people at the front of me. She was literally nice. When it came to me She had that look of disgust Started to just give me an attitude for no reason. Like literally she became a different person after I got the drink and when the next customer was in line.

Two ladies in this vicinity had no idea what they were doing. One of the ladies asked me to explain to do my order. My other order was just a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and was completely messed up. Tried to explain it was messed up and was not nice at all about it.

Workers are nice. But lots of people go there for the free Wi-Fi and take up the seating.... they hang around for hours and there is no seats for others.....gets irritating....

I enjoy having a Cappuccino or a cup of coffee, then just sitting there reading my Bible or sharing a Word or Testimony! I consider it one of my Jesus networking spots!
