Vast improvement on my last visit. Food always guy behind the counter Tall with grey beard I think he is a supervisor/manager. Very polite and accommodating. Very clean! Finally replaced the old TV with dead pixels in the middle. Very fast service!

This location always has great food and great service!

Listen, it was about two weeks ago I went to this location as a new resident in the area & I have been thinking about it since!
There was a really sweet girl making our sandwiches who immediately complimented my dress. We fell into a conversation and it made me feel so comfortable in a new area! I keep wanting to go back and thank her. The food was SO good, too! I wouldn't be writing this if the sandwich weren't tasty - but my goodness. Way better than Charley's back home! I'll def be back :)

Food is so inconsistent.. sometimes it’s good. Sometimes it’s not. For how pricey this food is, it’s really not worth it

I had the 12” Philly cheesesteak. The sandwich was okay, but it was a little light on steak. The fries were soggy and a bit disappointing. If you can get good crispy fries, they’re great! I’ve always liked Steak Escape but I feel like they’ve gone a little downhill over the years. The restaurant was relatively clean, parking was readily available, and they weren’t super busy. If you’re really wanting a steak sandwich it’s not too bad.

New to the area and have driven by several times, so decided to swing thru the drive thru when I was in the area looking for food. The team member that took my order was the best part of the visit. The fries were fresh and were pretty good, but the philly was underwhelming. Thankfully it tasted better than it looked, but not so much so that i would return. Also, where is the meat? Its like my philly was on a diet and thats no bueno. Like both sides of my bread were almost touching even with the meat on there. Whats up with that?

The fries ? were cold and no flavor the steak sandwiches were grease and it leaked through the paper the sandwiches were rapped into the bottom of the bag it was awful and my husband apologized to me for wasting my money for adding fries and a drink to his sandwich and it cost over $30.00 for 2 people, 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 drinks would not recommend this place
