Their food just doesn’t have the same quality or flavor it had back in the day. Prices have gone up but taste has not kept up. Potato wasn’t fully cooked. Lemonade was weak. Can KC sustain 6 or more sub shops much longer?

The food is third rate, and the employees are terrible, lazy, and apparently criminals.The steak is made from steak ums, for example.I went through drive-thru and they charged me for a loaded fries, but failed to have it in my order that came to around 70 dollars.When I came back back within 5 minutes to let them know that we did not get the loaded fries, the worker asked for the receipt, verified that I had ordered loaded fires but instead of giving me the missing loaded fries, he charged of the restaurant towards me in my vehicle stating that he would not tolerate being "cussed at". The employee committed an attempted assault over my stating "I want my damn fries".These people are weak, one "damn' is not really much of a 'curse' word, and when I started to get out of my car to defend myself from the employee who came out of the store apparently to assault me or intimidate me, or who knows what, apparently thinking I would drive away or back down from him, he runs back into the store.Someone either pocketed the 5.09 for the loaded fries, or ate them, and this guy was very obese, my guess 6 ft 1 in and 350 lbs. Pathetic restaurant experience.Also, they would not even cut two of my 12 inch large sub in 4 pieces as I requested, stating "they were already prepared" which is plain laziness and when you order 4 12 inch subs n plus, and pay 70 dollars for some cheap awful food, you would think they could simply take the same knife the cut the sandwiches in half, and then cut them in half especially when there was no one behind in the drive-thru either time (is it any wonder why they have more employees than customers at any given time?).This restaurant will not be in business much longer I would suspect.

Honestly, I wish I could give this place no stars at all because they don't deserve it. They refused to cut my dad and mine sandwiches in quarters because they claimed they already cut the sandwiches in half when we asked for four slices, when in reality they were being lazy and refused to cut them. We spent around 69 dollars here and didn't receive our meal correctly, and not my fries either. Then, when we returned trying to get our fries, my dad was already upset with service, and the guy in the window didn't handle the situation at all correctly but escalated the situation by getting offended by my dad because he cussed or supposedly cussed and wouldn't give our fries. In reality, he wanted to start a fight with my dad by charging out the back door and trying to assault my dad outside the drive-through, then claimed on the phone that my dad was assaulting your employees. WHEN THIS ISN'T TRUE AT ALL, IN REALITY, YOUR EMPLOYEE WAS THE ONE COMING OUT THE BACK, HAVING HIS ARMS IN, ENGAGED IN A FIGHTING MANNER, AND TRYING TO ASSAULT A CUSTOMER IN A DRIVE THROUGH. You do not treat customers this way at all! Neither do you act unprofessional in any workplace either! Nor do you act rude on the phone, saying "Google it" and playing mind games, then not handling the situation in a proper and professional manner. Also, it's really rude to call a male customer "Dude" on the phone. It's "Sir". But apparently none of them lack skills in professionalism and want to treat customers terribly and want to attack them because they can't handle situations correctly, and we're possibly pocketing money as well. I'm not surprised this place has negative reviews. I can see why. Also, the man at the time with the employee trying to assault my dad that came to the window claimed to be a manager, but you can't see the tags. He didn't handle the situation at all and didn't stop his employer either, but escalated the situation even more because he was more worried someone had been cussed or supposedly cussed, but it was okay for his employer to attempt assault on a customer. I wish I could give a zero. I ordered a chicken and steak bowl, with extra cheddar. I found very little chicken, steak, and cheese. See for yourself, don't order food here. Terrible .
