If I could have put a zero star rating I would. I literally would not recommend this place to anyone

Closes too early. I jad to run to Kanawha City, and rush to redo my order. Why do you close the downtown Charleston rosteraunt at 9pm. It's ridiculous. Nothing is open late anymore. Yall never quit fake COVID hours.

For most individuals, the manager is perceived as rude and often provides attitude when contacted, in my experience as a former Subway employee. It appears that many staff members lack adequate phone skills, proper communication, or even the ability to prepare a sandwich correctly. Specifically, my sandwich was cold, and I respectfully demand that you consider improving employee and management performance to ensure respectful interactions. As this I would like to speak to higher ups if not I am taking this to corporate!

Today my friend and I did mobile orders. Mine had green peppers and wasn't supposed to, I'm allergic. My friend had asked for extra pickles and cucumbers, but her 6" had 1 cucumber and 1 pickle. Now she wouldn't have had them remake hers over that but because I was going back to have them remake mine she figured might as well since it wasn't correct. I wasn't rude or mean when I went back in I just said what was wrong with them. The manager said okay no problem sorry about that and told Melissa to remake them. Melissa began talking crap and being rude. I didn't say anything just thanked them and left. They were terrible. Maybe she should have been more focused on what she was doing than running her mouth. I love the manager, though, she's always respectful and does a great job so this isn't on her at all.

Definitely worth squeezing a few more pennies outta the bank for the well deserved %20 tip to the Sandwich Artist, who was training a new employee as well. It was 6pm, on a Tuesday. Timing most likely has something to do with it! :)

The sandwhich was wrong had tomatoes on one side but none on the other. The employees was rude and worried about the drive thru before the customers inside i highly dont recommend going to this subway

Foot long sub with extra meat and a soda....$23.00!! What?? It's all about profits now. That's on top of no one to wait on us and for us to place the orders until someone sauntered over. No smile; no friendly greeting. Well, it's all about extracting major money for less food now.
No mas.....no more. Strike Subway off my list. What a waste. Good-bye.

This location is my favorite. The sandwiches are always made to perfection. They don't mash the bread into a tortilla - veggies are spread evenly, the meat is correct, and the staff are beyond helpful. We have never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is friendly, polite, and efficient.
