Was having a lot of trouble with the website when trying to place my order so I ended up just going to the subway on Washington Street. Maggie was so helpful and sweet. She was VERY professional and made my whole day. She restored my faith in humanity and she deserves a raise! Such a sweet woman!

After employee messed up the 4th sandwich in a row for us she told me it was her 2nd day working there my grandmother could work at subway and she wouldn’t mess up as bad as this employee did lack of work ethic and care for a job

Closes too early. I jad to run to Kanawha City, and rush to redo my order. Why do you close the downtown Charleston rosteraunt at 9pm. It's ridiculous. Nothing is open late anymore. Yall never quit fake COVID hours.
