Today my friend and I did mobile orders. Mine had green peppers and wasn't supposed to, I'm allergic. My friend had asked for extra pickles and cucumbers, but her 6" had 1 cucumber and 1 pickle. Now she wouldn't have had them remake hers over that but because I was going back to have them remake mine she figured might as well since it wasn't correct. I wasn't rude or mean when I went back in I just said what was wrong with them. The manager said okay...
Definitely worth squeezing a few more pennies outta the bank for the well deserved %20 tip to the Sandwich Artist, who was training a new employee as well. It was 6pm, on a Tuesday. Timing most likely has something to do with it! :)
This location is my favorite. The sandwiches are always made to perfection. They don't mash the bread into a tortilla - veggies are spread evenly, the meat is correct, and the staff are beyond helpful. We have never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is friendly, polite, and efficient.
