Night shift needs help. Putting one employee in a situation where they have to take mobile orders and drive thru and counter is absolutely crazy! I arrived at 9 pm and wasn’t served until 9:54 that’s absolutely ridiculous.The employee was doing all she could do to keep up! Staff better you shouldn’t do employees like that.

The two ladies in service were so welcoming and nice. They treated us with so much kindness. They knew their job and ingredients of the sauces well as I m strictly vegetarian and this helped me pick my options well. Cleaned the table and floor for us. The location, the ambience service is very nice. Good option for vegetarians.

The subs are dry and hard as a rock in spite of me politely asking over and over to not overtoast them. Today I got a sub that was hard and inedible and I had to throw it away. Basically throwing Money away. And today I just noticed my tooth is chipped for the 1st time attempt so now not only have I spent money on food I can't chew I now have to pay a dentist to fix my tooth.

Food was great, but the employees were having a bit of a disagreement/argument about staffing and covering in front of customers. It made it quite uncomfortable. The food was good and they were polite to the customers when talking to them.

Do not go through the drive-thru. You will wait until customers stop walking in before they will start making your food. I placed my order through the drive-thru at the window then watched two customers park and walk in. Those customers left with their food before I got mine.

Asked for a #4 on the menu. Discontinued. Got a substitute that was good. Shared with my wife. Hers Max Meats was better than my Italian.
Parking: Easy access to via side street or main highway!

Extremely rude. Brian refused to take my order over the phone at 10:25pm. They don’t close until 11pm. I tried to order through the app around 10:15pm and kept getting an error message. After numerous attempts I called the store. Brian verbally stated they were not taking any orders after 10:30pm. I advised Brian it was only 10:25pm and I am only 9 minutes away. I worked a double shift and just wanted something quick that isn’t greasy and the normal fast food. Brian hung up on me… I called back this morning to speak to a manager and the phone was picked up and hung up (I’m assuming they have caller ID).
Employees were more concerned about the drive thru orders then the inside orders, also constantly talking to themselves. The toppings looked old, lettuce was brown. The worst part was the soda machine absolutely crawling with ants, even dispensing ants into your cup. I doubt I'll be back to this location.

It's Subway. This one is the one in Kanawha City. I have it 4 stars because my daughter lives Subway a lot. Person at the window seemed short with us, but I think he was the only one working and it a busy Subway with the hospital and things near by

Bread wasn't fresh, it didn't feel like bread. Overall taste was weird. The story is very dirty, ants all over the soda machine. My body got inflamed that day pretty bad. Not healthy food by any means. AVOID POISONing yourself!
