Ordered and paid online . Went to pick it up and the lady looked up as she was making a sandwich , very slowly making the food , I said I ordered and paid already . She proceeded to finish her order , which was fine ,, but then instead of handing my bag over before putting gloves back on , she ignored me . My order was already 15 min past time it was ready . . I was going to be late for work ( whole reason I ordered online ) I had to leave without my food . I won’t be back .

David was GREAT. A+ customer service and super nice. The owners/operators need to get their head out of the a** help out though - you’ve got one employee running the store but you can’t find the time or energy to come work at the store that you OWN.Shame on you. Hope you have the day you deserve.

I didn't think it would be possible to upset someone over ordering ahead of time when the company offers it. Not to mention show up a little later than the time it said it would be ready and they act as if you are inconveniencing them. The older gentleman was very nice to the customers. I sat back and waited and watched as people came in the door. NOT ONLY WAS HE RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS HE WAS HORRIBLE TO THE EMPLOYEE THAT WAS WORKING WITH HIM. It was sad. The dud e was trying his best and the older gentleman was getting an attitude with everyone. People would go to say what they wanted on their sandwich and he was interrupt them and say "What else?" With such a horrible attitude. I couldn't believe people were sticking around. I wouldn't have but I had already paid for my meal and was waiting on my cup for my drink. (I know a cup?!? They should have gave it to me at check out right?!?) Needless to say I was there after my order should have been done. (12:30 noon) I showed up at 12:38 and didn't get to leave for 26 min!!! Won't be going back there again.

Looking in from the outside this location looks fantastic, very spacious and clean with a good selection of all the usual items on display. My wife went in to order our sandwiches to go while I waited in the car. The process went pretty quick and seemed to be fine... until my wife exited the Subway and gave me a look. She got in the car and asked me to take a look at the cold cut combo (my choice) to see if I noticed anything wrong. I did and it looked normal until I flipped the meat over and saw that it was discolored and had obviously been in the cooler well past its storage date. My wife then proceeded to tell me that Jessica (the sole employee on duty) was extremely unfriendly and acted like she had zero dedication the job and didn't want to be there. As Jessica was making the cold cut combo my wife noticed the meat looked an off color on the bottom and asked Jessica about it to which this sterling employee replied "no that's how it's supposed to look" and basically dismissed the question. When my wife asked if they had any bottled soda Jessica replied "NO, because there's a gas station right there." and pointed to the building attached to the Subway. Still willing to try and salvage the situation, my wife completed our order, paid and came back out to the car. Upon hearing her description of the encounter, I turned off the ignition and we both went back inside where I promptly asked Jessica for a full refund. She asked why and I said the meat was bad. She basically stood there, clearly unwilling to try and resolve the situation, so I put my sandwich on the counter. She opened it up and stared at it blankly. This is the resulting conversation starting with her response: "What's wrong with it?" "The meat is old." "That's how it's supposed to be, cold." "Not cold, OLD." She opened the sandwich and said "It looks fine." "Flip it over." She did and I pointed at the gross discoloration. She leaned in for a closer inspection, then silently picked up both sandwiches and put them both in the trash can. No "I'm sorry" no "Let me make you another sandwich" no anything. I should have called her out in front of my wife for ignoring her attempt to point out the meat issue but I opted to just let her process the refund so we could get our money and leave. Hands down the WORST experience we've ever had in any take out place, ever. We expect Subway to be a step above the usual fast food and it usually is, but the way Jessica clearly had no F's to give and WILLINGLY passed off expired meat even after being called out on it during the initial order escalates this past careless and into the negligent category. Be aware that if you eat here you're taking your health in your own hands. I plan on forwarding this write up to Subway corporate as well. Absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered 2 foot longs told the lady what my husband & I was allergic too! She said okay no problem. She was making my order & second worker was making drive thru order & as she waited on my sub to get done in toaster, she grabbed a hand whole of I like olives and green peppers and green jalapeno and put on the sub that was for drive-thru and then cut it she got mine out and she went to touch it and I said no no ma'am I just told you before we ordered what we was allergic to and your gloves has already been all over what we're allergic to and you're getting ready to touch my two subs so do you mind changing your gloves she got rude took the gloves off sling them in the trash can got new ones on and then she went to cut with the same knife as she cut the other Subs with that has the stuff we are allergic to and I said man do you mind getting a different knife you need to please understand we are a highly allergic to this stuff that is already on the knife and on your gloves and I do not want to die nor do I want my husband over a Subway employee not paying attention to what the customers are saying and being lazy at her job But food was good, Employee was NOT...... sad part is that is my local Subway and they know already what we're allergic to besides the girl that done my food and the second employee told her three times as I'm telling her the same thing because when someone is allergic to something you walk in the door you tell the employees they dedicate plain clothes they make sure that they do not touch or anything prior that touched anything that we are allergic to it's their job to make sure and she felt that job so as long as I see that worker in there I will no longer order however if there is a second employee which is normally rare at that location I will ask the second employee to make my food

I usually go to this subway for the good customer service. However the past two trips where by far the worst I’ve ever seen. The first time they were busy like most decent places to eat. They had a very poor attitude and acted like I burdened them. This time takes the cake. I drove around the building to hit the drive through. I could see the lot was empty. I get to the order screen the guy said give me a few minutes. No big deal. 3 minutes later he said sorry I just had a big family walk in and was going to take their order ahead of mine. That is absolutely Ridiculous. I was there clearly ahead of them and if I had time to go in I would. The drive though is a place for fast service to avoid going in for a sit down. Two times in two weeks is enough for me. Lost a customer that has came for 16 years. People really need to evaluate their employees these days and teach them respect and how business works. 0/10

The food looked fresh, unfortunately, David was very irritated with his co-worker, in the back, and, seemingly, was taking it out on me and my son. He was pushing things around, wasn't pleasant when I tried to engage in pleasantries, he was curt. He voiced how she was "ticking him off". Very unprofessional. He did do very well at making our sandwiches, though. ? ?

So many great things about this place!! The employee was wonderful. He helped me choose what to order by explaining all the choices I asked about. He was very wise, friendly, and got orders done quickly and correctly.
