Every time I go to Super Weenie, I am met with smiling faces and a welcoming atmosphere. Their hot dogs are amazing and there are so many delicious options to choose from.
My husband and I arrived too early for Ribfest so we stopped at Super Weenie for lunch.
I had the WV Dog and it was amazing! I have a special place in my heart for a good hotdog and they are just as good as my favorite from the Kan City bowling alley (Galaxy Lanes).
The owner is super friendly and conversational too.
If you are in downtown Charleston for lunch, I highly recommend this place. :)
We tried Super Weenie for the first time today while visiting Charleston and it was delicious! I got the Super Weenie, which I loved so much that I had to go back and try a second hot dog the same day. I went with the New York style hot dog (recommended by staff or owner?) for round two and it was MAGICAL. The onion sauce makes your taste buds dance a happy dance. Service 6/5. Hot dog 6/5. Cute little eat in area as well. Highly recommended !
