The road work made it Hell to get in here. Then I go through the drive thru and while my order was taken quickly and the person at the window did great, the food itself got rushed out in under a minute and what I got was under portioned and sloppily thrown together and to make it worse, my hard shells were stale, my twists were stale, and they only put 2 napkins in the box. The kitchens lacking at this location

I would not recommend this place to anyone at any time. The food was terrible and I could not even eat it but lettuce was wilted. The food on gone I could not consume because of the wilted lettuce. Although I really enjoy food from this chain, I cannot recommend this location with a clear conscience.

They got our order wrong; the employee was not good at answering menu questions. A substitute is an even exchange everywhere else; here, you pay more - we said that is not a substitute for the item on the menu board with the listed price. Our bill was 2.5X what we thought as a result; the employee turned into a jerk; the witch manager came over, raising her voice, accusing us of berating employee just for explaining what "substitute" means. Then a table of about 10-12 employees ganged up, yelling out to us, became a bit of a mob. We were about to leave when the The Witch made a big show about getting us to leave, the employees were rudely laughing at us, and we were ecstatic to find a wonderful & sweet Wendy's employee who answered our menu questions easily and fully. We have told this to our reporter daughter, who will never go to that awful taco bell again where the employees act like a mob in the slums.

Very disappointed. Always had some order issues with this Taco Bell. But, when I got my food, it was SOGGY. Like literally dripping in something that smelt absolutely terrible that it was inedible, and it was cold. It was not beef juice, it smelled like some terrible chemical or something rancid. Never had any issues with the staff. But soaking wet dripping tacos in a strange substance? I’m sorry but that’s a no for me :/.
