Did not update their hours of service - appears permanently closed or suffers from extremely poor management.
Visiting a friend who lives in SC and myself in OH. So WV is a good midway point for us to meet. Drove all the way up here because the view looked amazing and food looked great. Well now I guess the only thing I’m able to review is the view, because we pulled up and they’re CLOSED. NO SIGN ON DOOR STATING THEY’RE CLOSED, NO HOURS OF OPERATION POSTED. DESPITE HOURS ON GOOGLE SAYING OPEN 4pm-9pm. How disappointing. SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOME UPDATING

My husband and I were from out of town. We wanted a unique restaurant to eat at so we found your place. However after driving all the way to the top, we were sad to see it was not opened despite the internet stating it was open till 9 pm. Very disappointed so I’m not able to rate food or service but the view was pretty.

Just traveling through town and needed dinner for the evening. Great vibes sitting outside on the deck overlooking the city. It took a while to get our food, but it was good!

Needs a good cleaning. We got there right at opening & every table looked dirty. Plates & silverware were not clean. Had to ask for new ones & weren't much better. Windows & floors are especially nasty. It was cleaner outside, but it was too hot to eat on the deck. We didn't have to wait long on food, only 1 other table. We got pulled pork waffle fries & nachos with chicken for apps. Portions were generous, especially the pulled pork. Needed more fries & tortilla chips for the meat & toppings. I got the maple salmon with rice & veggies. Veggies were a too salty, but the salmon was cooked perfect & really tasty. Other items were classic burger, fish tacos, shrimp Alfredo & the chicken sandwich. Nobody had any complaints. The French fries were crispy & seasoning was good. With a little work from staff on the cleaning would go a long way. Too much sitting & standing around.

We called them for Father’s Day, spoke to someone and made reservations. Pulled up on Fathers Day and there was a hand written sign saying closed for Father’s Day. Absolutely ridiculous.
Food was okay. Service was okay. The view was nice but the windows were very dirty and detracted from the view.

Made the mistake of coming on a Saturday trivia night— waited 2 hours in the cold outside for my food. Thankfully it was delicious. But we didn’t even receive silverware or condiments with our food. Our easy going server insisted it was the kitchen staff being difficult because it was a busy night, but two hours is a bit ridiculous. The inside was incredibly loud and hard to hear, but with the lighting outside at night you could barely see your food, and the lawn chairs they have you sitting on leave you in a constant state of slippage. The place didn’t seem too well managed and not very professional, I feel like they could do a lot more with this place but don’t. The saving grace was the food itself, and our waiter, Cruz, was kind and apologetic.

It is beautiful outside but the view can only help you so much. It took over an hour to get 6 wings, a salad, and two tacos. There were 4 tables outside and one inside so I'm not sure what took so long. The table next to us needed their food replaced twice and still couldn't eat it because it was so bad. The waiter apologized and told them they're dealing with a chef who has no idea what hes doing. Our wings were good. I was shocked at how small the portion of steak was on my salad. It also wasn't seared so it had a bad texture and was presented like it was just tossed on the salad. The tacos were okay, but the mahi didn't taste fresh and it didnt come out hot. We were also served alcohol when we requested a non alcoholic beer. $60 for 3 bites of steak, 6 wings, and two flash fried frozen tacos was not worth it to me.

Beautiful scenery surrounding the place. Good music and service was good. Food was okay. Only one person's bathroom was available. So there was a wait for that.
