Love comfort food? You have to go to Tudor's Biscuit World on Charleston's West Side. The Gravy Two was a rich and satisfying dish, perfectly balanced with the perfect amount of sausage flavor. The Thundering Herd was a hit too—stacked high with tender sausage, egg, and melted cheese on a fluffy biscuit. Service was quick, and the staff was friendly. The dining area was clean.
First visit the biscuit was like my Grandma from the sixties. The cubed potato side was perfect warm not overly seasoned and yummy. The beautiful young women with the long braids was the bright spot of the visit. She was zooming around taking orders at the counter, delivering food, and cleaning tables all with speed and the happiest fun attitude. My husband tried to get her name and he couldn't catch her long enough to ask. Suffice it to say we've traveled all 48 states...
Can’t recommend if you’re in a big hurry, as they’re normally wrapped around the building. For good reason however, as the food is incredible, hot and fresh every time, employees are kind and friendly and I’ve never had any issue with a mix up of order or anything like that. Hands down the best Breakfast place around, if you’ve never been I would highly recommend.
