Second time this has happened to me. ordered pickup through the app, go to pickup the food and they tell me they can’t make it because they either don’t have the ingredients or didn’t know they couldn’t make it until after they accepted the order. Well I ask for my money back and I get told to call customer service because they can’t even compensate me with something else. Customer service ends up giving you the runaround and Wendy’s ends up stealing your money

Went to drive-thru at 7:30pm. No lights on outside of building, parking lot or on the order board to choose an item! When we pulled up to pay we mentioned we couldn’t see anything without the lights. The staff said the manager turns lights off and they have no control. Sandwich had a old, limp piece of lettuce and a slice of tomato the size of pepperoni!!! Terrible.
