Went on 12/18/25. The was yelling about their drive thru time and hurried and almost threw the bags at me. My son asked for ketchup for him nuggets and they didn’t put that in bag so I asked for at window and he definitely was irritated for this. Then I asked for a spoon because we had chili and frosty and he said “she said they was in the bag” I told him I needed two spoons for the frosty and chili they weren’t in the bag. He gave me one blue spoon and started telling the worker “make sure you put spoons in the bag because she being slow…” ummm very professional when it was yall for messed up. Anyways I asked again for one more spoon because he only gave me the blue on and he again said “ she said there one in the bag” I looked at him and said there. is. not. one in the bag (again). Always also didn’t even get the sour cream I asked for at speaker for my chili and my son asked for ketchup for his nuggets and they didn’t give him before I asked again at the window. Fries were definitely old and not fresh. Won’t go again. Yall definitely know how to pick y’all’s workers smh

ok so I’m gonna be real honest here. I dont even be doing that much to go online take time out of my day and write a review but I mean.. It’s just ridiculous at this point. The workers really don’t work like they get paid to. The food is either cold, wrong, or half-fasted. Almost 80% of the time the orders aren’t accurate. I got a crispy chicken but it BARELY had lettuce and was hard as a rock. I’m also noticing they really don’t like putting sauce in the bags. I just think that they need to get new staff that get paid to do their actual job and whoever hired these guys has GOT to go. Thank you :)

Work since 1030am and try to get a quick bite before headed to the hotel, 45min before they close by the way, employee outside looks at me like I'm the biggest inconvenience out of his entire day and starts shaking his head walking over to the dumpsters. Honestly hoping he reads this bc man I was wanting a baconator but now I can't trust yall, sum bs...

Awful Service, Took my order and didn’t know how to use the apple payment service. Then after sitting in line and waiting for my food/forgotten drinks I get home and they had forgotten my food order. Terrible.

Second time in a row they have forgotten half of the food I paid for. This time my boyfriend and I went in to just get our extra food. We were very nice about it but were met with a very rude individual at the counter who just demanded we tell her what we were missing. Ridiculous behavior for the situation and very poor customer service.
