The dirtiest Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. From the entry doors and glass being filthy, every inch covered In grease. The bathroom floors both wet, the men’s slippery as ever! No toliet paper in 2 of the three in women’s. When we came out and told them a handicapped person fell they didn’t even care or apologize. 6 people working that we could see and not even a second to care. Walked right out.

I stopped at this store while driving back home. It was quite busy, but the staff was doing their best to get everyone’s orders out as quickly as possible.

There was an issue with my order, but the staff went above and beyond to make it right. I want to give special kudos to the store manager who was on duty on August 5th around 1 p.m. — their professionalism made a big difference.

Mistakes can happen, but it’s how the staff handles them that truly shapes the customer experience — and in this case, they handled it exceptionally well.

Absolutely no sense of urgency here whatsoever. Everyone is working in slow motion at it's the noon lunch hour. Cashier kept walking away after every order even though 6 people were in line. The burger was alright, but the fries were off colored and barely cooked. The soda machine was out of everything except coke. Bathrooms were a mess. This place is a straight up joke and the manager should be ashamed. The employee's were outside smoking, one was in the lobby talking to his friend.

The biggest issue is that there is mold on the ceiling tiles around the drink machine with drippy air conditioning vents.

They were out of ice, most of the drinks were empty, no carbonation in the drinks. They messed up our food order and the quality of the food was pretty low on top of it all.
