Aweful experience. Burnt burger Sandwich. chicken Sandwich was over cooked. Fries were cold. No ice. Had to get some ice from the drive thru ice maker. The soda machine was not right. No sweetness nor carbonatio, so we tried the Tea. That was not good as well. Suggest using filtered water, maybe. And make it stronger. The girl taking orders really had no clue about anything.
At this point I'll be keeping my receipts and If Beth isn't working I'll have to make sure my food is correct each and every time before I leave. I have no idea who y'all hire but when your staff members are more worried about their cellphone or high school conversations that have nothing to do with their job instead of doing their job a little more efficiently. I've worked for MC Donald's for 5 years so I understand how it can be some days but every time I visit this shouldn't be an issue.

We tried the Wendy's in Sissonville, WV a couple of months ago and it was absolutely the best Wendy's that we had had in ages. It must have been a fluke.I'm so sick of spending $50.00 for dinner, getting home with it and nothing is correct!Approximately two weeks ago our order was; 2 Dave's Doubles, 2 Fish Sandwiches, 2 Large Chilis, Large Baconator Fries w/Extra Cheese that I paid for, Large Fries, Cobb Salad and a Large Chocolate Frosty.We received, 2 Baconator Burgers dripping with Ketchup and Mayonnaise, 2 Fish Sandwiches with the wrong toppings, 2 Large Chilis with it slopped all over the outside of the container, Baconator Fries with a dime sized spot of cheese, Cobb salad with wilted lettuce and the wrong dressing. No napkins, spoons or crackers included.After that, I never wanted to go there again, but my husband thought maybe the horrible order was just an off day. So, he went there again today. Our order was; 2 Dave's Doubles, 2 Fish Sandwiches, 1 Large Fries, 2 Large Chilis, 2 Cinnabon Pull Aparts and 2 Large Orange Dreamsicle Frostys.When he got home with the order we received;2 Dave's SINGLES with no cheese w/a piece of lettuce rib, tomato and Mayonnaise only, 2 Fish Sandwiches with the wrong toppings, 2 Large Chilis half full with chili slopped all over the outside of the container, Large Fries, 2 Cinnabon Pull Aparts, 2 Large Dreamsicle Frostys and 3 packs of crackers.OUTRAGEOUS! We're out nearly $100.00! I SHOULD GET A REFUND! We're disabled and live on a fixed income.

Ask for no salt fries and instead of getting fresh no salt fries we got redropped old fries you can taste the difference. Fresh fries take 3 minutes to cook we didn't wait that
