Do not waste your time going to this establishment. Keep driving past and find a better place. First things first. Arrived and stood at the counter for 10 mins and no one said anything. (A blessing in disguise) So we pulled out a phone to start an order as we were doing that me and my child had to use the restroom. I swear to everyone that this restroom has not been cleaned in probably months. There was literally solids where there shouldn’t have been if you catch my drift. After leaving the restroom because there was no way I was sitting on a seat smeared with brown and redness, the sink had no hot water and nothing to dry your hand with. The final strike was watching all the employees touching their faces and hair and clothes and phones and putting their bare hands on the food as they were assembling the burgers and wrapping them. I’m sorry I’ve never seen a restaurant give me such a disgusting feeling and to run and find food elsewhere.

The manager working the evening shift on Fridays is a terrible rude woman, should not have a job working at any public place, I dropped 2 nuggets and she said I made a mess and I had to leave. The cup lids they had available were bent and broken and unable to fit on the cups they were supposed to close and the food was super cold when I received it immediately after ordering. I will be contacting corporate and I will be having that womans job.

Always rude in the drivthru. It's always the lady at the second window. She must hate it there. She never says anything to you. Just hands you your food and walks away. Lord help you if you need some napkins, that they didn't put in the bag.

Go sometimes during lunch, everything is pretty good but they are super packed at lunch time I know they try to keep up and with the number of employees do a pretty good job but they get A LOT OF PEOPLE at lunch rush.

I came in and got in line behind a couple and the cashier took their order and saw me standing there but ignored me when I stepped up to the counter right after the couple in front of me left, and then I stood there for an additional 10 minutes while being ignored by all staff. I over heard the staff talking and heard at least two other workers ask the cashier if he has gotten the front counter (which would be me) and heard proceeded to flap his hand dismissively at it. I ended up having to leave because I have to catch a bus but when I arrived I had ample time to make and order and leave in time. Very frustrating and upsetting

Makayla was outstanding , her customer service was outta the park and the way she ran her crew allowing them to server our 18 biggie bags with precision and getting it all together as fast as they did !!…this experience is 5 star all day !!

Much improved since the new building was built, a few different faces on staff and thier nicer too. I normally dash thru the drive through but don't mind going inside either. It's really nice, they took the time and attention to detail on the rebuild, much better than that other place across the street from them.

The worst service. For some reason we were asked to come in to order while on the window. We spent more than 30 min to get the food. There were no cup holders; no variety of drinks on the fountain. It was the worst I have seen in Wendy's. We love Wendy's buy this wasn't a good experience.
