I don't come her often but when I do get out here I always order the same item. Every time I ordered a large combo they never fill up the fry container. It's usually never busy yet can't get the order right. I can't stand half ass service. I bet when they take their meal break they make sure to get every drop. Wish people would treat people the way they would want to be treated. It would go a long way.

I drive for door dash and had to pick up an order there today. I had my arms full with two drink carriers and two bags of food. A young man named Jahmary (who wasn't on the clock by the way) helped me carry everything to the car and even helped me fill my drink cup. He was very sweet and I was so appreciative!

I ordered a large chocolate Frosty in the drive through today. They botched the order by giving me a small Frosty. I told them I ordered a large Frosty but since they only charged me for a small they refused to correct their mistake and said I would have to drive around and get back in line. Politeness and professionality is completely lost on these losers. I will never be back.

as I was waiting for my other drink. the man behind the counter called my parties name out and then tries to say that i didnt pay for the Lemonade he just handed me. ACTUALLY YES I DID ORDER AND PAY FOR IT.. WTH??

To start the only person working in the kitchen was the manager and one guy on the grill. Meanwhile there was only like 7 people in the restaurant who where all waiting for food. It took me 20 minutes after ordering to get my food. And then they served me cold fries 🍟. My sandwhich was fine.

We got to hotel on corner at 11:30PM. Hubby went to get us dinner 10 minutes later. They close at 1:00AM. He ordered a Single w MLT. What he got was a Cheeseburger w: ML. French fries were cold as were the chicken nuggets. The only item salvageable was the soda.

Do not waste your time going to this establishment. Keep driving past and find a better place. First things first. Arrived and stood at the counter for 10 mins and no one said anything. (A blessing in disguise) So we pulled out a phone to start an order as we were doing that me and my child had to use the restroom. I swear to everyone that this restroom has not been cleaned in probably months. There was literally solids where there shouldn’t have been if you catch my drift. After leaving the restroom because there was no way I was sitting on a seat smeared with brown and redness, the sink had no hot water and nothing to dry your hand with. The final strike was watching all the employees touching their faces and hair and clothes and phones and putting their bare hands on the food as they were assembling the burgers and wrapping them. I’m sorry I’ve never seen a restaurant give me such a disgusting feeling and to run and find food elsewhere.
