I've been living in WV for over a year for school... and I've had more than my fill of bar food or weak imitations of cultural cuisine. Great place in downtown Clarksburg. Food was full of flavor. Service was great. Place was nice and quiet. We spent $50 per person plus a 20% tip. This included wine, soup and dinner.
