Sam's Club Reviews
The pizza looked old and dried out, so I asked about the hot dogs. Didn't have any ready at that time, still had 15 minutes to go. So I got a pretzel. It was over cooked and rubbery. The girl working there was new and had an attitude. Sad part was the store wasn't really busy. I would've been better off just getting some thing out of the store to eat. Disappointed C-
While I love the quality of product at Sams there are a few things that have bothered me that I have been meaning to share.
*Self checkout: I am Ok with self check out but never see an attendant when I need one. frustrating.
* Double checkout: having to wait in line at checkout and then wait again to get out the door is my biggest pet peeve. Once they sent me over to customer service and customer service sent me back to the end of the line which was 12 deep.

I do not recommend the tire center. I had an appointment to replace my tires. After making arrangements to drop off the car, we find out they all ready sold my tires.

Sam's Club Cafe offers a mixed dining experience. Some customers find the pizza to be dry and old, while the hot dogs and pretzels are not always freshly prepared. The staff can be new and have an attitude, which can impact the overall customer service. However, the cafe is a convenient option for those shopping at the wholesale chain, with affordable deals on items like hot dogs and drinks. Some customers appreciate the quality of the products available at Sam's Club. However, there are a few frustrations, such as the self-checkout lacking attendants and the double checkout process. Additionally, the proximity of the tire section to the entrance can be a concern for customers with severe latex allergies.
