Texas Roadhouse, how in the world do you mess up and not have rolls? The ingredients are out of stock? What???
The drinks come out and they are set down in the wrong place twice, I ask for sauce for chicken critters, it doesn’t come out, my steak is under cooked. Oh and they save the worst for last, they ran out of steak fries, they serve us grade school crinkle cut fries.
I’m upset by the whole experience. Texas Roadhouse, do better.

Our recent visit to Texas Roadhouse was a great experience overall, despite a small hiccup with our order. We ordered an 8-ounce sirloin (medium) with a baked potato, a salad, and their signature fresh-baked yeast rolls. When the steak arrived, it was unfortunately well-done instead of medium.

Clarksburg texas Roadhouse is really bad. The service, the food everything is all downhill. Everything comes out crispy comes out burnt and the service is horrible. And then when you tell somebody about it, they blame the customer. They are just horrible, never again. And I would advise everybody else just to go across the street and go to Ruby Tuesdays. They have 2 for 1 all the time, and they're excellent.
