I went to the Dish Cafe last night for dinner while visiting family. I have celiac disease so it’s hard to find a good place but they had many gluten free options. I had the house salad with homemade ranch dressing, the firecracker shrimp and the house burger on a gluten free bun. Our waitress Kaitlyn was very knowledgeable about the menu options and just the sweetest. My meal was brought out separate to avoid any confusion which always makes me feel better. The seemingly never ending work zone on the road running by made it a bit of a beast getting there. Around 5 o'clock, stop and go for over a mile. But once there we were seated promptly and even though the next shift came on at five the waitress from the bar side covered just fine. I had the sirloin with sweet potato fries and a house salad. Steak was cooked exactly as ordered and excellent. The fries were crisp and not overly sweetened with sugar as some restaurants present...
Food was delicious and perfect. Everyone at the table was very happy! The chicken parmigian with pasta was extra special! Rachel took really good care of us with excellent service. Do yourself a favor and check this place out
