I ordered a Philly pubwich and another for my husband. These were the worst ones I think I have ever had. The bread was SO thick and was different than they used to be. Horrible. If I would have checked them before I had made it home I would have taken them back and asked for a refund.

I ordered two pubwiches with one being light lettuce. I had added on both orders black olives, and the photo is the result I got. I paid online and when we went to pick up the food, they said I owed them an additional $10.some odd change. They added a calzone to my order that I didn’t request. They were able to take care of that, but highly disappointed in what I received.

Ordered 2 pizzas and spaghetti. We where in from out of town. Told it would be 35min. 1hr and 30 min. later after 2 call backs and being told it's on its way food showed up cold. Still tipped the driver but never again.
The bread was so hard I could barley eat it and the people there are extremely rude.
Ordered two pizzas, rolled in 40 minutes after ordering. The grease trap manhole on the Tudors side of the building damaged the exhaust on my car. The lid caught my midpipe, ripped a clamp back and bent it. Already irritated, I park and head inside. As it turns out, the staff hadn't made my second pizza. I stood inside for 35 minutes waiting on my second pizza. One was nearly burnt, the other was okay, nothing crazy.
This is the second time I’ve been completely ignored at the drive thru window. I’ve been sitting here for over 5 minutes and haven’t been greeted yet. Last time I had to go in. They were a little busy but not overwhelmed. Ridiculous.

Those cheese sticks and the meatballs was amazing. Service was a 10, I'm not the biggest pizza lover but I'll definitely be back when I am traveling this way next year.

The staff were super kind and they have a gluten free pizza that is fairly priced AND not soggy ?? if you know, you know. 10/10 would recommend ESPECIALLY if you have a wheat allergy. The atmosphere wasn’t anything fancy; it felt nostalgic, but it was clean, and that’s what matters.
Dietary restrictions: I can only speak for a wheat allergy, not Celiacs, but I was very impressed with their gluten free pizza price and taste-wise.
