“Awesome food! Everything we have eaten here has been amazing!“

“We were looking for a place to have dinner in this very cold Saturday night and decided to try the "Red Line Diner." It was a great decision. We read the reviews before visiting the restaurant, but our experience there was even better than we expected. Our hostess, this young lady named Dyamond (yes, with a "y), was extremely kind and always checked on us. Their tea was freshly brewed, and she kept refilling our glasses. The food was marvelous as well. If you like melted cheese, the cheese ravioli may make you very happy. :) Our pastas came with salads and toast. I also loved the 50ish, 60ish style decoration. Another thing that truly got my attention was the great music videos being played on their TV. The 90s and early 2000's R&B songs (everything from Mary J. Blige and Mariah Carey to Faith Evans and Leela James) made the night even more special. The music selection truly made me feel like I was having dinner in one of those wonderful diners in New Jersey. Dyamond was the one responsible for the music selection. Thumbs up, young lady! We are definitely coming back because food is not all when one goes out for dinner. It is also about the service and the atmosphere. And, folks, this place got it all.“

“Had a dinner there last night and was taken well care of! The server was excellent! The cook(s) did an excellent job! I appreciate the addition of mash potatoes back on the menu. Thank you for the serving of garlic butter as well! Loved my experience and will be back! Would recommend!

“1st visit to Charleston, and after a 6 hour drive, we wanted to visit the Capital Market & enjoy a late lunch. We sat at the bar, and Hailey was our bartender. She is wonderful, service was fantastic, and our food was delicious. As far as the rest of dining experience, we packed up our food to go because of bar guests. LOUD, OBNOXIOUS, and their conversation was totally inappropriate (which wasn't private because one gentleman was loud enough for entire restaurant to hear). We wanted to complain, and also ask them to quiet down, but to our surprise we found out he is one of the owners (by over hearing his conversation). I wanted to really enjoy this establishment, read really good reviews prior to going. Now, I really hope someone reads this and finds a way to fix it.“

“Ristorante Abruzzi is one of our new favorite locations in Charleston. The have an awesome seasonal menu that has great selections. We have eaten there about 4 times now, and every time it’s been amazing. They have a great selection of soup and interesting dishes. You can tell they put thought into their food, and use amazing ingredients which makes a huge difference in quality. Couldn’t recommend more!“

“Ordered 3 Baked Spaghetti’s & one order of ten wings! Crazy portions and the garlic bread was yummy! Great thing about their containers is that you may refrigerate & bake again! Very swift in ordering over the phone so tipped the pick up window 10%. $61 for everything but totally could feed 6 people if needed! Local favorite & close to the Interstate Ramps.“
