Good food
This is the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever seen in my life. The drive-thru isn't as bad but if you have to walk in to get your order for any reason whether it's doordash GrubHub or just being a customer it will take them about 10 minutes to acknowledge you in about 20 to 25 minutes for you to get your food and half the time it's not even right. I don't know what the issue is here because I work in the food business and never have these problems. Managers need to learn how to manage and workers need to learn how to multitask instead of just standing around waiting for one thing they could be doing other things but they don't. And someone should always be up front taking orders and greeting customers, but they lack that here.

is my favorite store. I come here all the time.
The staff are always extremely friendly, the food is always fresh, and out of all the order's I've made here, they've never messed it up!
Michael, Martin, and Johnathan were working when I came through today, and their performance was fanominal. I was in and out in under 3 minutes, all my food was hot and fresh, and from the view I could see from the window, the inside was SPOTLESS. These 3, as well as the few I saw leaving right as I arrived, deserve special recognition for running a great shift!
I highly recommend this location over all other Charleston/surrounding mcdonald's stores.

Prices keep getting higher and higher from McDonald’s especially on the iced coffee and the cheeseburgers. I spent $13 on breakfast you could go to tutors and get the same thing that I got for seven dollars.

The worst taste I've ever had from a double cheeseburger

Food can be hotter since it takes so much longer in line and that's two lines especially in the drive-thru and nobody says thank you nobody asked if you want condiments

The worst McDonald's every. Always slow. More times than not you have to pull over and wait. Regardless of what time even when it should not be busy. Now multiple times I was left there waiting because they forgot me and I had to go inside to get my order

Ordered food got home and found this. Called support and got 8 dollars back that that it makes up for this much hair.
I drive an hour and 15 minutes to get to work in an hour and a half to get back because traffic is so bad I can stop here in the morning and I get great service hot food every thing that makes McDonald's the best option in breakfast. Today was no different I stopped on the way home and my chicken nuggets were dry and cold they're noticeably smaller therefore they don't hold the heat and it's very easy to overcook I imagine. My fries were cold. Please if you know you have cold fries just park me I will wait. Cold chalky fries are absolutely inedible. I was a mile or two away by the time I tried my first fry. Probably my fault for not checking at the restaurant and asking for hot fries. But is it? I can remember 30 plus years ago when I took a class on fries. I could tell you what temperature how long they needed to cook by sight texture and taste I could tell you if someone pulled them up early or if they took cold fries and re-cooked them. I could tell you if they have been properly cleaning and recycling the oil. And I used to share that knowledge but the team members have glazed over eyes and seem to have that non-empathetic attitude of they're just fries chill. This is why This restaurant is my favorite to pick up my breakfast at I passed by 6 on the way to and from. If it's breakfast time this location is the most consistent
Biscuit and gravy was hard as a rock hardly any gravy at all.
They are a little slow and you could tell the chicken strips had been previously made and sitting there for a little bit.
I don’t even have to say anything the pictures do it justice . The fact I was parked and had to wait 10 mins on this master piece is what gets me the most I think . 😭😭🌚
