Crispy chicken on my taco was extremely hard and burnt. I returned it and requested a refund. The team memeber didn't want to hear or acknowledge my complaint. I was rudely interrupted when trying to do so. I was giving a refund with my window being closed in my face as if I was the one that messed their orders up. The service is good until you have a complaint, then you're the problem

the best taco bell in west virginia for the sole fact they still carry dr. pepper, the lady at the window was so sweet, if i didn’t live in morgantown id be there everyday.

My food look like slop. They didn't give me no hot sauce. I pre-ordered and then had to sit there and wait I paid extra for steak and they didn't even give it to me there's no tomatoes on my stuff none of the stuff is on here that is supposed to be. I did post two pictures one what it was supposed to be and what I got. Very unhappy after working all day. I paid for extra steak and didn't even get it
