This Wendy’s has the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. I’ll go to a different franchise next time. If I could give ZERO stars for customer service I would!

Ordered 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers, 3 fries, and nuggets. Was missing one fry so had to go back through the drive through. Got home, opened the burgers, and it had pickles, ketchup, and mustard on it, with a piece of bacon. 🙄 I went back and was mad at this point.. the dude said that's how a Jr bacon is made. I said no, its lettuce, tomato, mayo, cheese, and bacon. I mean it's bad when the customer has to tell the employee how to make a burger.

So I’m the government is shut down I go and spend $30 through the drive-through at this Wendy’s I get chicken tenders where two sauces are supposed to come with the Milan. I just request for my two sausage and then I asked for an extra soft for a fries one another meal and then Lady is determined to let me know how sauces are extra extra in this economy of a government shutdown that I just spent $30 dollars with them when I call to say I don’t appreciate being so put out there of how fast are extra. The lady does no resolve a solution and then also goes to hang up on me actually they didn’t even wanna give me their name. I’m pretty sure they lied but it’s OK. I will be talking to a corporate. It’s supposed to be the GM Ashley 🙃 and Ciara the manager so yes thank you

Nuggets Good , but the service sucks they did not give me my drink or my sauce to go with my nuggets and no spoon for my Frosty and they did not have no chocolate frostys and potatoes, the one employ cussed and the staff was rude and half way dumb.

I've been to this location twice and it's now my go to Wendy's. My food is super hot, correct, and fast!
I ordered breakfast sausage biscuit biscuit and gravy potatoes and a small drink...they had no sausage biscuit or biscuit and gravy or potatoes...so why did they take my order I ended up paying 10$ for a small drink why didn't they cancel the order seeings they didn't have anything else I wanted...common sense come on people!😡

Quick stop while traveling with the family back home to KY, this place served it's purpose. The bathrooms were a 3 out of 5, clean enough to use but not clean enough to let my guard down. One of the workers left a mop and bucket in the men's and the bathroom isn't very big so it was a little awkward. The food was right so they're better than the last 2 McD's we visited while on our trip.

Wouldn’t suggest going this Wendy’s! Food was cold cause it sat so long waiting to be bagged by the front counter person. Cheese fries were soggy. Then I watched the front counter girl open the sandwich (with no gloves on) look at it and bagged it up then proceeded to give me the wrong chicken sandwich even after checking. Would give zero stars but unfortunately can’t. Called and spoke to the manager and they said I could come back and get a remade sandwich but I was on lunch break and couldn’t go back. I waited so long my lunch break was over.
