Always something wrong with order. This was out of a baked potato. They apparently don't check their food to see if it is bad.

Came to this establishment in a group of six, and three of the orders were completely messed up. Two of which were STILL wrong after we asked for corrections. The fountain dispenser was missing half the options. Service was on the slower side, even considering group size. Only redeeming qualities was the cleanliness of the lobby and friendliness of the person on the register.

Got a triple patty number 1... came with 1 ring onion... as in, 1 circle layer of a single slice... 2 pickles (thats acceptable), 1 thin slice of tomato, and no lettuce.
Wife had a single patty number one that had the same, but she had a single 3 inch by 3 inch piece of lettuce.
Fries were just slightly over cooked, but not too bad. Could have just been old oil, but some people don't understand named and fried things cook just shade or 2 more after they get removed.
I like the chairs and such. Feels like a good atmosphere. Also, the employees were nice.

I am sharing pictures of a Baconator with extra bacon. The Baconator at this location is aways missing bacon. 6 slices of bacon is what it is supposed to have. You get 2 half pieces in this location. So this time I ordered extra bacon

Placed an order for carry-out and got to the restaurant at 9:25pm and the doors were locked even though the hours online and posted on the entry door of the location says "dining room open until 10pm"

Customer service tonight was terrible, I specifically asked for a fork with my baked potato, and while I was in the drive through they assured me that it was in the bag. When I went to eat it there wasn't one, and when I called to complain, they said it should be in there and hung up on me. After the long wait, the food was okay, but I wouldn't recommend this location.
