Food is fine (regular Burger King quality food.) Service workers are usually polite and kind, about what I expect for how little they are paid, and sometimes go above and beyond. The ketchup machines stopped working properly months ago (ketchup was coming out almost entirely water) and they removed them entirely and only provide packets now. Food is sometimes cold. Most importantly the front of the store often has a STRONG smell of urine. It’s very gross and distracting. It doesn’t even seem to be coming from the restrooms. The children’s play area smells better and is easier to eat in, and it’s nice to have the play area in town. Really wouldn’t be a bad fast food place at all if they just took care of whatever makes it smell so badly of pee at the checkout and front eating areas!

last week i tried to go in just to use the bathroom. it was a little before 10, and the doors were completely locked. there were two ladies in there cleaning, paid absolutely no attention to me whatsoever.

Very disappointed in staff, had an incident where the tea pitcher lever cam completely off, spraying tea everywhere and when the one worker was told her response was “and?” As I had my finger in the tea pitcher blocking the tea from going everywhere. The cashier Stacy jump to the rescue leaving the register and coming to help me. My shirt got ruined and I was covered in tea. Do better.

Girl who was running window was very sweet,and nice to us it was around 9pm.I didn't catch her name.You guys were very professional but and right on cue even though I can tell she was exhausted.I told her my wife used to work fast food and we know it's hard work,but she did amazing and got us out of there fast.Give that girl a raise,and a pat in the back This was the date Aug 7 2025.Wish we caught her name but I'm sure you can figure it out.

I have tried this Burger King five different times in the last 2 months. I am very disappointed my orders have been wrong the fries and never done you order a large you get a large box with a medium fries which is not done which is sad

Messed all my food up I went back and ask to be remade they remade it and still messed the shit up terrible place they can’t ever do anything right and plus both times I had to wait in line for 10 minutes bc they were to slow
Fries were cold and soggy. The burgers looked like a 6th grader fixed them. Bad experience. Might have to reconsider if I will go back. And lastly , we didn't get a "You Rule", Sad.
