“We had occasion to eat here three times in one week. Two times were gathering during the week of our friends’ father’s memorial. We had space to talk and reminisce and mourn together. The staff was beyond accommodating and took such good care of us. The food was fantastic. Then my husband and I returned for my birthday. Cindy was amazing and the food was incredible. Thank you for taking customer service to the next level while providing some of the best food around!”

We are always greeted with warm smiles from the staff when we walk in, and you immediately feel welcome. The hospitality is immaculate. The food is also amazing. The Volcano Roll, Fire Crunch Roll, and Crazy Girl Roll are all amazing if you are looking for sushi. They have great hibachi as well, and the ginger dressing on the Garden Salad is my favorite part! The restaurant is always clean, calm, and an overall great environment. Sakura’s menu is reasonable in price for the quality of meal, especially the lunch menu. Definitely stop by for the best food and service!”

“The staff at the Elkins, WV Location were cordial, and did not leave anybody waiting at the front counter. They made sure that I was okay even though I was just waiting for a pickup order. They got my order slightly messed up (I had ordered Fresco style items and the pico had been left out, but the bigger concern was that they had gotten some chipotle crema in one item), then the manager {Jay, I believe} was exceedingly kind and attentive in that matter, making sure my burrito got remade as well as offering me two kinds of coupons, which I thought was above and beyond the call of duty. Service time was reasonable considering that they were a little busy. My whole time, even though it was extended a little by sorting out the order, was still only 10-15 minutes. The atmosphere was fair, only a couple of tables were dirty, and I know at least one of them was deserted near the time I got there, which I think is reasonable considering they were a little busy. I do not eat out super often, but I will certainly keep them in mind for if I need to grab something to eat as I am running around town. Certainly a positive experience.”

“I was at Hardee's yesterday afternoon and the two women that were working were doing a fantastic job l really felt really sorry for them and the man in the back was not nice to them,they did tell us it was going to be a while because they were short handed but an hour was a bit long. I heard everything, he was super loud and rude. It was all due to HIS negligence.”
