“Super friendly staff. We love the cinnamon chip bread for French toast, toast, and plain. Their cinnamon rolls are amazing. The big kuhna bar is super tasty. Sandwiches are great! They don’t try to over do a simple sandwich. It’s just perfect. The staff has even gone out of their way to check recipes ingredients when I had allergy questions. I usually come in with a bunch of kids and the girls that work there are always incredibly kind as each kid orders.”

“We had occasion to eat here three times in one week. Two times were gathering during the week of our friends’ father’s memorial. We had space to talk and reminisce and mourn together. The staff was beyond accommodating and took such good care of us. The food was fantastic. Then my husband and I returned for my birthday. Cindy was amazing and the food was incredible. Thank you for taking customer service to the next level while providing some of the best food around!”

“These amazing people saved the day for me and family. And I mean literally!!❤️❤️..we were driving to Elkins from north Jersey on 25th December ! U can imagine and had a kid with us..u ran out of food we packed. Gas stations mostly closed. Convenient stores closed. We only could stop at the rest areas for bathroom breaks. By 5 we were famished and realized will have to wait until we reach hotel n request something from the pantry. By 8 we reached hotel n at the reception the lady handed us a list of local eateries. We were only looking for Asian options assuming they probably are open on the Christmas night! None! Heartbroken we made the last attempt at Sakura. And the most amazing voice said we are open please come :D.. also, she said if you want to order now, we will keep ur food ready!! We ordered Shrimp and Chicken tempuras, sushi, California rolls and what not!! Hahhha.. we felt like we were eating for the first time. The place is so conveniently located and absolutely amazing. The service, the food I can go on how outstanding these people are!! From famished to having a fabulous dinner..I want to go back to West Virginia for many reasons the mountains, the winding roads, people and Sakura!! Love !!”

“Clean, relaxing, and there are a variety of slot machines with lots of different games. Free snacks, water, coffee and soft drinks for players. The staff is great. One of my favorite hangouts in Elkins.”

“Its a gambling establishment so i have good stories and bad stories, good and bad menories and trips all in all i would say if choosing a place to gamble its a good choice. Gambling itself is maybe not a ggod choice but if your going to gamble this place is as good or better then the rest.”

“I was really disappointed a while ago (a year or two? What even IS time, anyway?) when I thought they were getting rid of the place. I live in Atlanta where they’ve been systematically removing every LJS I have access to, and I feared the same was happening here. NOPE! They built it back EVEN BETTER.

I stopped by shortly after they opened one Friday, and the food was the best I’ve ever had from a LJS. I had to go back through the drive-thru to get the rest of my food, as my order had been brought to me incompletely, but after eating my meal, I’ve come to the conclusion that I would crawl on my belly through broken glass back to this location if I had to. Everything was better than I thought it could be, and I couldn’t have been happier with my order.

It’s worth noting that for the same meal, this location was the priciest of the three locations I visited on my road trip, but if the quality I experiences is the way they do things, it was well worth it.”

“Girl who was running window was very sweet,and nice to us it was around 9pm.I didn't catch her name.You guys were very professional but and right on cue even though I can tell she was exhausted.I told her my wife used to work fast food and we know it's hard work,but she did amazing and got us out of there fast.Give that girl a raise,and a pat in the back This was the date Aug 7 2025.Wish we caught her name but I'm sure you can figure it out.”
