“I recommend everything about Big Timber. The beer selection always delivers. Reindeer fuel is the big fave for me right now. Shout out to my man, Austin, behind the counter. One of the best humans I have ever met. He makes you feel welcome and always makes sure he stops and has a minute to chat with you. This place has been a great addition to the Davis community. The atmosphere and vibe of this establishment is chill and warm.”

“We had occasion to eat here three times in one week. Two times were gathering during the week of our friends’ father’s memorial. We had space to talk and reminisce and mourn together. The staff was beyond accommodating and took such good care of us. The food was fantastic. Then my husband and I returned for my birthday. Cindy was amazing and the food was incredible. Thank you for taking customer service to the next level while providing some of the best food around!”

“Girl who was running window was very sweet,and nice to us it was around 9pm.I didn't catch her name.You guys were very professional but and right on cue even though I can tell she was exhausted.I told her my wife used to work fast food and we know it's hard work,but she did amazing and got us out of there fast.Give that girl a raise,and a pat in the back This was the date Aug 7 2025.Wish we caught her name but I'm sure you can figure it out.”

“Shyann was the sweetest waiter ever! She had a smile on her face the entire time she tended to us!! 10/10 service! She checked on me and my partner multiple times to make sure everything was okay!! She is wonderful at her job! Some waitresses make it seem like they forget about you, she was the complete opposite. She acted like she knew us as soon as we sat down! She was wonderful manners and was very polite!!! She needs a raise!!”

“I was really disappointed a while ago (a year or two? What even IS time, anyway?) when I thought they were getting rid of the place. I live in Atlanta where they’ve been systematically removing every LJS I have access to, and I feared the same was happening here. NOPE! They built it back EVEN BETTER.

I stopped by shortly after they opened one Friday, and the food was the best I’ve ever had from a LJS. I had to go back through the drive-thru to get the rest of my food, as my order had been brought to me incompletely, but after eating my meal, I’ve come to the conclusion that I would crawl on my belly through broken glass back to this location if I had to. Everything was better than I thought it could be, and I couldn’t have been happier with my order.

It’s worth noting that for the same meal, this location was the priciest of the three locations I visited on my road trip, but if the quality I experiences is the way they do things, it was well worth it.”

“I had a satisfying meal at Super Buffet. The General Tso’s Chicken was crispy with a flavorful sweet and spicy sauce, while the Chicken Lo Mein was fresh and well-seasoned. The Cream Cheese Wontons were crunchy and delicious. The buffet offered plenty of variety, the food was hot, and the staff kept everything clean and well stocked.”

“I was at Hardee's yesterday afternoon and the two women that were working were doing a fantastic job l really felt really sorry for them and the man in the back was not nice to them,they did tell us it was going to be a while because they were short handed but an hour was a bit long. I heard everything, he was super loud and rude. It was all due to HIS negligence.”
