The food was suprisingly some of the more tasty and authentic Mexican west of the Mississippi.
Everything was amazing. Food, margaritas and service. Fajitas were good, but the star of the show was the quesabirra. Absolutely delicious. If we didn't live about 11 hours away, we would definitely frequent this place! Give it a try! You won't be disappointed!

Las Trancas Elkins is a great place with amazing, delicious food. Visitors from NY are grateful to have found this Spanish restaurant. The food is described as extremely good, very fresh, unbelievable, and delicious. La comida estaba sabrosa. Me facino este lugar. The place is awesome inside, very nice, and beautiful, well done. It offers an upscale atmosphere and is one of the cleanest Mexican restaurants visited.
Service is outstanding, quick, and attentive. Staff members are genuinely kind and make sure guests have everything they need without feeling rushed. Portions are generous yet reasonably priced. Las Trancas Elkins is considered the best restaurant in Elkins and an excellent restaurant to visit. Guests have enjoyed monster margaritas, cheese dip, tamale, chile relleno, and chicken fajita nachos, all of which were amazing. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the meal. Guests plan to return to try other items off the menu.
