Using the visit of a friend as an excuse, we drove to Elkins to shop and went to Tip Top Cafe on Saturday the 16th of March. It was incredibly busy yet the person serving us went out of her way to make the experience memorable. It is a fantastic place. Highly recommended! serving perfect expresso and great pastries! I wish I could be there every day. Thank you again! (Can you believe we drove a couple hours back on Monday to get more?....)
On our road trip from Northern Virginia to Huntington, West Virginia, we had the pleasure of stopping at Tiptop for a coffee break. As a fan of classic flavors, I ordered a traditional cappuccino, while Dana opted for a latte with oat juice (oat milk isn’t really milk right?).
