“I'm from Elkins and I work in Buckhannon. This McDonald's is hands down the best one in North Central West Virginia. It was peak lunch rush and our food came out fresh and our fries hot. The other McDonalds would have employees yelling and stressed out. Everyone at this McDonald's were cheerful and kind. It was clean. The fries and nuggets were cooked in clean oil. Over all impressed.”

She deserves a raise and promotion to corporate trainer. She was poised, expedient, courteous, and apologetic for the wait created by the lack of adequate staffing. The manager needs to be on-site to support the local staff who have to put up with short-sighted penny pinching staffing.”
