Not a very good Dairy Queen location. Used to be decent. Service is decent but food quality is always awful and looks like the food was smashed into the containers. Staff socialize and play around more than they put attention into making your food. Wont be going back to this location again.

Could use a good cleaning, the tops of all booth seats were extremely dirty. The floor & corners along the entrance door & bathrooms had built up dirt. However, server was very friendly.. The food was good, just had a difficult time eating as I noticed the dirt & stains on the booth. Please, do a deep cleaning of the entire place!

It is fast food. No frills outside of the ice cream. The menu is stagnant, and it never changes. Food is just a way to justify ice cream at lunch.

First experience at a Dairy Queen today, ever. They messed up our food, which is whatever. happens. But the guy who was managing the window was not friendly at all and handed me a drink covered in soda. Girl who was running the ordering headset was great, but they need to take that guy off the window cause experience went immediately downhill. We’ll just stick to BK. :P

What an amazing little DQ. Excellent people, excellent food, excellent experience. Everyone looked as if they enjoyed working there and really wanted to deliver great service.

It was just me so service was OK and uncomplicated. Three of the six chicken "strips" I ordered were a joke. 3 were a normal size, but the other 3 were not much bigger than nuggets. Sad for how costly the basket is. Just a few fries and the toast wasn't toasty at all, just a soggy slice and not a spread of butter to be found. Sad. Windows were filthy. I'm from ne Ohio so luckily this isn't my go-to for DQ.

We called the Elkins store and let them know that the blizzard we ordered was made incorrectly. The worker stated she made it and has worked there for 30 years and it was made correctly. Thank you for not fixing my complaint and I hope the owner of the Franchise realizes why he's lost our Business.

Chaotic atmosphere. Girl eating an icecream while behind the counter, my cone was dipped in a way it just tried sliding off I think usually they barely touch the actual cone while dipping to stop that from happening. Manager yelling they need to communicate and answer when wearing a headset, causing a couple people to roll their eyes when behind that counter definitely needed help. I've worked fast food and I've been management, there was know "flow" here in the workers. I don't think a single worker there besides management was older than 18.

Parking: Entrance and exit is a bit strange especially with how the drive thru is set up, we got trapped in the parking spots because the drive thru line was so long.

Brand Standards and cleanliness are not a priority for the Elkins Dairy Queen. Neither is any form of customer service. The young man who was at the cashier station walked away as soon as a girl that he was fighting with came in the store. He came back to the register three times but she was still there so he walked away again. After almost 7 minutes of standing there without anyone acknowledging that there was a line 5 people deep, the annoyed and unwashed "manager" James walked over and rudely dealt with those of us in line. The man needs to bath and brush his hair more than once a week. You should also clean your store more than once a day. There was no where to sit as every table had some form of food left over on it and nothing had been wiped down. If I were an employee at this store and James was my "Manager" i would have walked out last night for the way that he was treating people. I am old school. You go to work to work, not stand around so i understand the frustration, but you dont get to talk to people the he does or treat employees the way he does. They are not employees. They are people and more than that, they are kids. If you cant handle the stressors of being in management then you need to find a new line of work because if I ever heard my kids managers speaking the way he was my kids would no longer work there. That man is toxic
