Just stopped by Kroger to order a Birthday cake for my son. waited 20 minutes at the counter with no one ahead of me...was finally asked if I had been helped from a lady doing something on the side, while the other had acknowledged me but continued to cut meat with her back turned to me for 15 minutes. and was told sorry we can't do a cake because our decorator is on vacation.
